Charan Raj (Shakti Kapoor) alias Channi, is a master of crime, theft, kidnapping and black magic. He has a desire to rule over the entire world and for this desire he is ready to do the meanest of deeds - even that of murdering children. Charan Raj lays his hands upon an innocent boy - Raju (Master Amar) Raju is the only support for his sister Karisma (Karisma Kapoor) who herself dances on stage to be able to rear her brother and has all her hopes pinned on her brother. Channo who was by now assumed the guise of a doll - A doll that can walk, talk and even kill - is the Papi Gudia. This doll gets stuck to Raju like a leech. Raju, in spite of being innocent gets linked to every murder and then he comes under the eye of police. A Makichumi, Inspector Vijay Saxena (Avinash Wadhavan) holds Raju responsible for each murder. Karisma, who till now had been enjoying a comfortable life with her younger brother, is caught in a dilemma between murder and law. On one side is his younger brother and on the other side is her love Vijay Saxena.

Kashinath (Ajay Devgan) and Imli (Manisha Koirala) are childhood sweethearts and everyone expects them to marry. Junoon tells the story of Vikram (Rahul Roy), who goes on a hunting trip with his friend Araun into the forest on a full moon night. While in the forest, Vikram is warned by a tribesman named Bheema (Mushtaq Khan), who tries to persuade him to go back home, stating that the night of the full moon is the tiger's night to hunt. Vikram laughs it off and decided to go after the tiger not believing that this tiger is the cursed tiger. Arun finds something fishy and asks Vikram to go back. Suddenly it starts raining and the duo had to find a place to stay. Some strange voices were heard by the duo and they find the voices were coming from a den but as the duo have to find a place to stay in they decided to enter the den. Within the den Arun discovers writings on the walls in Sanskrit. These writings describe the tale of a king who could not have a child. One day a tantric told him if he caught a pair of tigers who were in love, and on a full moon night, to kill one tiger and drink his blood, thereby allowing the king to have a child. The king did everything he was told, but when he killed one tiger, the surviving mate cursed him. The curse transformed the king into a tiger each full moon night and he hunted man. The curse also entailed that anybody who killed the king when he was in the tiger's form would in turn get cursed and so the curse would carry on forever. Vikram berates his friend for believing an age-old myth and they are then attacked by the cursed tiger. Vikram tries to shoot the tiger but he missed the shot and Arun is killed on the spot by the tiger and Vikram became very scared. The shot fired by Vikram hits the fire lamp and a chain of fire was built in the den, the tiger hides due to this but the tiger roars from somewhere. Vikram was unable to find the tiger. Scared Vikram fired shots everywhere in the den with the hope that the tiger will run away but the tiger attacks Vikram and Vikram fell in the ring of fire. The tiger did not again attack Vikram as tigers are afraid of fire and tiger makes a disappearing act.

Rajesh Tripathi (Avinash Wadhawan) lives a poor lifestyle in a village in India along with his widower dad, Shivshankar. He leaves his father so that he can study in Bombay. While there he becomes a fan of singer and dancer, Neha (Divya Bharti), and even paints hoardings for her shows. During the holidays, he returns home to his village and gets a surprise when he finds that Neha has also re-located there. His overtures to become friendly with her end up in getting the police involved for alleged molestation. After clearing his name, Neha then entraps him to accompany her to an isolated shack and locks him there, which almost kills him. After this incident Neha does accept his friendship and confides in him that she can never sing as she has been poisoned by her former manager, Hari Saxena (Shakti Kapoor), so much so that her vocal cords have been damaged repair. Rajesh accepts the challenge and sets about to resurrect Neha's voice and her career - not knowing that both of them may end up being targets of Hari - who has planned a devious ending for Neha and anyone who supports her.

Chamanlal, Aatmaram were partners with Jamuna Das and Babubhai but Atmaram discovers that the core business is selling women abroad for prostitution, he breaks away from this partnership and tells the wife of Chamanlal. Chamanlal's wife confronts him but Chamanlal is steadfast and decides not to leave the business. In an extreme reaction his wife leaves the house along-with her son and clothes to start a living on her own. Chamanlal keeps thinking about this matter and decides to meet his other two partners to convey he feels this business is unethical and that he cares for his family's sentiments more and asks for his final share before parting ways. But because of a conspiracy masterminded by his wicked business partners (Kiran Kumar and Sadashiv Amrapurkar), Chamanlal presumes he killed Babubhai(Kiran Kumar) and the prime witness to this supposedly murder - Vakil Jamuna Das(Sadashiv Amarpurkar), asks Chamanlal to flee but at the same time informs the police to search for him. Chamanlal searches for his wife and son but cannot locate them and so informs Atmaram that now he has reformed and that he needs to search for his son and wife who have left him.He also tells Atmaram that he is innocent and wants to escape. Meanwhile after reading in newspapers about police searching for Chamanlal and that Chamanalal has died in an accident, his wife considers herself a widower and brings up her only child by tailoring.

Ajay (Jeetendra) & Vijay (Dharmendra) are thieves and best friends who are in jail under punishment, one day they meets a guy Manohar who is going to be hanged next day. Manohar wants to meet Ajay & Vijay as his last wish and tells them his story that his sister Radha was kidnapped by a Taxi driver and raped by a rich house guy Dinesh Lal (Shakthi Kapoor). He, his elder brother Dhanny Lal (Prem Chopra), his friend Som Lal (Annupam Kher) and Inspector Emaandar (Kader Khan) trapped him in the murder case of Taxi driver and from that his parents are also missing; Ajay & Vijay promises Manohar that they will save him and postpones his hanging by breaking his leg. Next day when they releases from jail starts their trails to protect Manohar, first of all they traps Inspector Emaandar and keeps him in their grip with his help Vijay joins as body guard for Dinesh and Ajay traps Dhanny Lal’s daughter Rani (Bhanu Priya) into his love. Vijay loves Emaandar’s daughter Inspector Shila (Anita Raj). In this process they come to know Manohar’s parents are kidnapped by Dhanny Lal & Som Lal only because his father Jagan Nath (Shreeram Lagoo) knows a secret of a treasure. Ajay recognizes that Manohar’s parents are only his parents from whom he was separated in childhood and Vijay recognizes that Jagan Nath as killer of his parents there arises a clash between Ajay & Vijay which cams down after knowing the truth that real culprit was Som Lal who killed Vijay’s parents by wearing mask of Jagan Nath. Finally Ajay & Vijay sees end of all culprits, protects the treasure and saves Manohar from hanging.
