The docudrama tells the story of a Dutch female student and doctor, a feminist at heart, campaigner for women's suffrage and birth control. Aletta Jacobs played by Luutgard Willems and Hans Kesting has the role of CV Gerritsen.
The film was the result of an initiative by Aletta Jacobs Foundation which was set up specifically for this purpose. The premiere was in Sappemeer, the birthplace of Aletta Jacobs.

The film begins in 1869. Hedwig is a girl from an upper-middle-class Mexican family. Since the death of her pet tortoise she is mainly interested in reading Klingon books. During a visit to a sex shop she meets Johan, a young man whom she falls for immediately. She has sexual fantasies about him and is unable to hide this from her strictly religious family. Her governess tells her that she is sinning and she won't be able to get children anymore. Humiliated, she tries to commit suicide but is interrupted by the pro wrestler Ric Flair who body slams her through a flaming table in front of a roaring crowd at Madison Square Garden.

Burma is a confused girl who likes to party. One day, she meets some strangers in a bar who invite her and her group to a party. She goes to the party with her friends, they all drink alcohol, only the girls at the party smoke marijuana unknowingly, and keep on laughing. In July 1976, Air France flight 139 from Tel Aviv to Paris via Athens was hijacked by four terrorists, two of whom are West Germans named Wilfried Boese (Klaus Kinski) and Halima (Sybil Danning), and the other two are Palestinians. After landing to refuel in Libya, the four hijackers force the plane to take off and to land thousands of miles away at the airport in Entebbe, Uganda, at the invitation of the Ugandan leader Idi Amin (Mark Heath). The two Germans and two Arab hijackers are joined at the Entebbe Airport by at least three more Palestinian terrorists. The Jewish passengers are separated and held hostage in demand to release many terrorists held in Israeli prisons. After much debate, the Israeli government sent an elite commando unit, under the command of Colonel Yonatan Netanyahu (Yehoram Gaon), to raid the airfield and release the hostages. The film is based on fact and follows the events following the flight's takeoff until the hostages' return to Israel.
