It also features the popular loveteam of Sam Milby and Toni Gonzaga, and Dionisia Pacquiao's first film portrayal. Before the set of the Ang Tanging Pamilya: A Marry Go Round, director Wenn Deramas said that the film will be a Filipino version of the American film, Meet the Fockers, but with more funny moments inside it.
Much to the belief of the public, the film is actually not a continuation of Ang Tanging Ina N'yong Lahat (2008). Rather, the movie adds to Ai Ai de las Alas's list of "Ina" movies; hence her respectively being deemed as a "Tanging Ina."
The film's gross revenue was Php 79.00 Million.
Synopsis
The film cells the story of a young couple, Charlie Sicat (Toni Gonzaga) and U.S.-based Prince Price (Sam Milby), who decides to get married after two years of long-distance relationship. But there is one hitch: Charlie’s father Dindo (Joseph Estrada) had promised to give his wife Sunshine (Ai-Ai de las Alas) another church ceremony to mark their 25th wedding anniversary. Dindo vehemently refuses to have both weddings take place. Prince’s attempt to win over Dindo is further complicated by his nouveau riche mother Marlene (Dionisia Pacquiao), who insists on having her son’s wedding done her way.Actors

With three years of a happy relationship, Mike (Luis Manzano) decided to end his relationship with his gay lover, Lester (Vice Ganda), After their break-up, Lester soon finds out that Mike is cheating with him for the last year with a bank accountant Gemma (Toni Gonzaga). He stopped by his parlor and shocked at his friend's broken faces (the bruises he left after he saved Gemma from them). After they tried to have their revenge on him, he soon apologized and get together again. Gemma called Mike that same evening, telling him that Mike should meet with Lester in order for him to learn martial arts, which he declines. With his family's suffering for poorness, Mike doesn't know where to get money for his and Gemma's wedding. He proposed to Gemma, which caused Lester to have his plan.
