Arizona Legion is a 1939 American western film directed by David Howard from a screenplay by Oliver Drake, based on Bernard McConville's story. Produced and distributed by RKO Radio Pictures, it was released on January 20, 1939, and stars George O'Brien and Laraine Day (billed under her earlier stage name of Laraine Johnson).

Synopsis

L'anarchie régne en Arizona. Les criminels volent, brulent, tuent en toute impunité. Si l'un d'eux est arrêté, il est aussitôt remis en liberté par un jury corrompu, et les témoins gênants préfèrent s'abstenir plutôt qu'être victime d'un accident. Au milieu de ce chaos, Boone Yeager est un ivrogne et un homme de main qui recherche, sans succés, un emploi dans le gang de Dutton.

Bob, a young rancher, buys a mine on his leased land to prevent the working of it. However, surveys show a valuable mineral deposit, so he and Carol, the granddaughter of the discoverer of the mine, who has been forced to sell it to a crook, start operations on it. Fawcett, the crook, schemes to get the mine back, but is outwitted at every turn and loses his life in the dynamiting which he inspired.
