Synopsis
The movie starts with a small introduction that all the female fans of actor Mahesh Babu were "angry" with him when he got married. Even the heroine is one of them, though she is a die hard fan. Although her aunt (Jhansi) keeps telling her that it's not possible to get her married to Mahesh she pays no heed and stays depressed for days. Finally, she compromises with her aunt by demanding that her husband's name must be Mahesh. Her aunt relents and starts the search for the groom, though in vain.Actors

Anil (Sumanth Ashwin) is a guy who does not want to settle for an arranged marriage. His mother Sujatha (Rohini) is keen to get him married and he decides to push off to Hyderabad, to escape from the pressure. He has the support of his father (Rao Ramesh). In Hyderabad, he comes across Ananya (Eesha) and falls for her. Ananya is a painter and greeting cards designer and she works for Latha (Jhansi). Anil starts wooing Ananya and she falls for his romantic charms. But Ananya is a little apprehensive about taking the relationship further. Her parents, Sridhar (Ravi Babu), a TV serial creative head and Vidhya (Madhubala), a yoga expert bitten by the acting bug, keep having arguments and this worries her. Anil sets up a company supplying flowers.

Golconda High School's Board’s Trustees' member Kireet Das comes up with a proposal of turning the cricket playground into an IIT coaching center. Principal K.Viswanath opposes that proposal vehemently with the support of few trustees. Kireet then tells the principal to show positive results in at least one sport if he wants to hold on to the playground. Viswanath comes up with a proposal that the playground should be retained if GHS’s cricket team manages to win the State level cricket league tournament. He summons his former GHS student, Sampath, an idealist who leads a dejected life. Sampath, after confronting Kireet, joins GHS as the cricket coach and he has three months to convert the disoriented GHS cricket team of 14 students into champions.

Centuries ago, Sri Raja Keerthi Ravi Varma promises to build a huge temple for a swayambhu idol of Kartikeya if the latter saves his kingdom from drought. It regains normalcy after unexpected rains and Varma constructs a huge temple under the supervision of Vishvakarma. On the night of every Karthika Pournami, huge white light is emitted the temple since its origin and people believed it as Kartikeya's presence and blessings. Since then, Kartikeya was worshiped there on a grand scale till 2012. However the temple was closed due to few circumstances in 2013 and whoever tried to reopen it or know about it died mostly because of a snake bite or an accident making the temple a haunted place.

Appalaraju (Sunil) is a film lover and he watches films regularly at Rambha Theatre in Amalapuram in a critical way and wonders why the directors are bringing out such films and his life ambition is to direct a film better than all the established directors. He leaves for Hyderabad and stays in his friend"s (Satyam Rajesh) house, with his script titled Nayaki. His friend takes him to an audio release function, where he meets a producer called Rakhee (Raghu Babu). He and his creative head Pushpanand (Harshavardhan) read the script and suggest some changes. But Appalaraju does not agree to change even a single word in it. Then Rakhee suggests Appalaraju to convince the top heroine of the film industry Kanishka (Sakshi Gulati) as her nod would help them fetch financiers.

The story starts off in Mumbai with Chota Nayak (Kabir Duhan Singh) escaping from police custody. Once out, he looks out for his aide-turned-foe Ranganath (Brahmaji). Jai (Gopichand) is a fire officer who happens to help Ranganath, not knowing that the latter is the former right-hand man of Mumbai don Nayak. He turns informer and runs away with the money of Nayak. Nayak suspects Jai to be an accomplice of Ranganath and starts troubling him. This brings them to Hyderabad where he meets Savitri (Rashi Khanna) and it is love at first sight for both. Just as their romance begins, Nayak traces Jai and from then on it is open war between them. Nayak threatens to kill whoever is close to Jay and he keeps his word. He kills Jai's uncle in a fire accident after which Jai kills Nayak's brother. After which, Jai send his family far away to keep them safe but Savithri, unaware of Nayak's presence, talks to him openly. Nayak then captures Savithri and threatens to kill her if Jai does not handover the money. Jai comes to realization as to where the money is and rifles through Ranganath's jacket where he finds a book containing the bank account and password where the money is located. Jai calls Nayak and they meet at a deserted market for the exchange but it goes wrong when a police officer tries killing Nayak and Jai saves Nayak to the dismay of the police officer. Meanwhile Nayak gains access to the bank account and sees it to be empty. All the money had been transferred to the dying Savithri's account. Nayak tries reviving Savithri in a building under construction. Jai arrives and sets fire to the building. After which there is a bloody and violent battle between Nayak and Jai.
