Although the title appears to allude to the alleged Malaysian political phenomenon, the director has denied the insinuation. Filming is completed, however in 30 January 2014, Namewee revealed that the Malaysia Censorship Board had banned the film for 31 reasons.
The cast included the "Bengal Andy," (Md Shakhawat Hossain Nirab), comedian Saiful Apek, Dato David Arumugam, Zhu Yu-six, female tattooist Kinki Ryusaki, Singapore artist Ai Dika (Atikah Suhaime), "Laozhabor" You Yamin.

Hairi Yatim (Saiful Apek), is a loser who lives in Metrofulus. While working in the lab, he accidentally drinks coffee that has been contaminated by a virus-infected gecko (Virus 266). He soon finds himself doing the most insane things, such as sticking to walls, making chirping cicak noises and adding bugs to his menu. He turns to his best friend and apartment mate, Danny Yusry (Abdul Halim), and begs him to find the reason behind his strange antics.

12 years after the TV series, Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) is now a star in his own series about survival, taking place in Perfection. He is approached by filmmaker Travis Welker, (Jamie Kennedy) who wants to help expand his brand, made famous by his series; he becomes Burt's new cameraman. Travis says he's from Florida, where Burt seems to have some history. Erick Van Wyk from the South African Wildlife Ministry asks them to deal with an Ass-Blaster problem. After Erick agrees to pay them for their services, Burt and Travis head to Africa to hunt down the creatures.
