Synopsis
Kali Prasad aka Kali (Prabhu) is the man of masses in Bejawada. His group has a stronghold on temple city. Vijay Krishna (Mukul Dev) is right hand to Kali. Kali’s brother Shankar Prasad aka Shankar (Abhimanyu Singh) does not like the supremacy of Vijay Krishna. Due to this personal grudge, Shankar plays spoil sport of brutally killing his brother Kali and then spreads the rumor in Bejawada about Vijay Krishna as man behind this murder. With the help of politician Ramana (Kota Srinivasa Rao), Shankar plans to become a politician but fails due to Vijay Krishna’s authority on Student and Labor Unions. Vijay Krishna has two brothers Jaya Krishna (Ajay) and Siva Krishna (Naga Chaitanya). Shankar assassinates Vijay Krishna for building his own identity. It is time now for cool, daring and dashing Siva Krishna to enter the scene for completing revenge saga. How the love life of Siva Krishna with college-mate Geeta (Amala Paul), daughter of top brass policeman Adi Vishnu (Ahuti Prasad), is affected in the process forms another angle in story.Actors

The film opens with Narayana (Prabhu) and his son escaping from a gangster (Abhimanyu Singh) who intend to kill them. The film then shifts to 2001 where a young boy named White, an orphan entering the Ongole market. He manages to catch the attention of many people including the chairman of the market, Adikeshavulu (Prakash Raj) who is god to the people of the market, with his tactical ways of business and establishes him as a Businessman there. Years later, White (Ram Pothineni), still a leading merchant in the market is the owner of four shops. On the innaugrational event of his fourth shop, he meets Sandhya a.k.a Sandy (Kriti Kharbanda), Adikeshavulu's daughter and falls for her. The MLA (Ahuti Prasad) wants to buy the market so he can shift it to a land on the outskirts of the city. During this it is also revealed that Adikeshavulu is not a good man but is pretending to be a good one. Whenever he returns home after difficultly pretending to be a good person he stands in front of the mirror and removes all of his clothes. Out of anger for Adikeshavulu not giving him the market, The MLA makes White the chairman of the market. Adikeshavulu beats the MLA to a pulp and makes him announce Adikeshavulu the chairman. When the White agrees on the condition that Adikeshavulu's daughter must marry him. Out of greed for the market, Adikeshavulu agrees and gets White and Sandy engaged. On the night after their engagement, White goes to Sandy's house to meet her. But she escapes from him and reaches outside the house with her grandmother and mother and complains on White. Just then, Adikeshavulu comes in drunk but controlled but White understands and goes away but his fatherlike business partner in a drunk mode reveals that White has a father who lives in Tripura. Adikeshavulu uses this information and sends his man Durga (Abhimanyu Singh) to find White's father. But at Tripura, Durga bumps into White while trying to kill an old enemy. It is now revealed that the 'old enemy' (Prabhu) is White's father and that White's real name is Dorababu. White's partner finds out and blames White of being the son of the person who murdered his family. It is now that White reveals his past. Years back, Narayana used to be the chairman of the Ongole market. Adikeshavulu was the brother of another man (Jaya Prakash Reddy), who envied Narayana and wanted his post. The man commits suicide as he could not get the post and taking pity, Narayana appoints Adikeshavulu his man and the market continues to prosper with Adikeshavulu pretending to be good. One day, Adikeshavulu starts collecting money from the sellers as the funds for building shelter and giving food for the sellers were insufficient. Narayana comes there, stops Adikeshavulu and tells him that he will give the money. Another man in the market who envies Narayana blames him of acting in front of the people and accuses him of telling Adikeshavulu to collect the money. But nobody believes him and continue to trust Adikeshavulu. Adikeshavulu kills the man along with Durga and it is revealed that it is he who killed his brother. White (Dorababu), decides now to take revenge. Meanwhile, Adikeshavulu kidnaps Narayana and decides to put him in a sack in the market and burn the market to ashes as he will get the insurance as profit. The market is burnt that night but White comes to save it and ends up chasing Adikeshavulu into the announcement office. There, Adikeshavulu reveals everything about himself, including the fact that he was the one who killed his brother, which White accidentally catches on the announcement mike. Everybody outside hears everything and charges at Adikeshavulu who ends up being killed by their beatings. The people welcome Narayana back in the market and finally he gets his post as market president back.

The film's plot revolves around Kanthaswamy (Vikram), who is an Income Tax officer in the CBI, and his friends, granting the wishes of the needy who write letters to a local Lord Muruga temple by disguising himself as an anthropomorphic rooster. During a CBI income tax raid, he discovers a stash of black money owned by Ponnusamy (Ashish Vidyarthi), a rich and corrupted entrepreneur. Ponnusamy pretends to be paralysed to escape the questioning. Angered by the news that her father is paralysed, Ponnusamy's daughter, Subbulakshmi (Shriya Saran) goes after Kanthaswamy to seek revenge by pretending to be in love with him. Kanthaswamy, knowing Subbulakshmi's real intentions plays along in the game. This forms a cat and mouse chase between the two. In a comical role, Thengakadai Thenappan (Vadivelu) is also sought after by a local police inspector who tries to solve the mystery of "Lord Muruga saving the people". The fate of Kanthaswamy's disguise leads into the climax of the story. The local police inspector was able to bring out the truth that a CBI is involved in the role behind the secret work of helping the needy people although he was not able to confirm it. Kanthaswamy finds the password of Subbulakshmi's family bank account, in which the black money is illegally saved. He tricks Subbulakshmi into revealing the password and answers for the security questions indirectly. Kanthaswamy finally transfers the money to his account which would be used for helping the poor and needy people. Ironically, in the end, Subbulakshmi's father was paralysed at the end knowing that the password which was used by him to access his black money was changed. After that Subbulakshmi and Kanthaswamy were married and were living in northern India. Kanthaswamy saw some letters tied to a tree, just like the ones at the Lord Muruga temple. He reads one and puts it into his pocket with a secret smile, which meant he will pursue being the anthropomorphic rooster again.

Veeru (Kunal Khemu) is a small time crook working for a large drug importer, Tejpal (Arbaaz Khan). He is unaware that his best friend Jai (Fardeen Khan) is an undercover cop, seeking evidence against Tejpal. During a raid on Tejpal's warehouse, Veeru accidentally shoots Jai in the head but he miraculously survives and makes a full recovery. Veeru then flees the state, and is subsequently arrested. Jai is assigned the task of returning Veeru to testify against Tejpal. They confront each other, and seem to find their friendship still exists. They both decide to be friends again, when Veeru claims he has Tejpal's diary, which includes all his secrets and whereabouts. When they go to catch him, Tejpal shoots Veeru, while Jai attacks Tejpal and kills him. By the time the police get there, Jai has already let Veeru flee, and Jai is arrested for what he has done. Since then, lives on the friendship of "Jai Veeru".

After having killed the notorious extortionist Mayil Vaaganam in the first film, Duraisingam (Suriya) has gone undercover after meeting the Home Minister and is working as an NCC officer in a school in Thoothukudi. A young journalist Bharathi (Genelia D'Souza), along with two of her friends, investigate a series of terrorist attacks which have taken place in Chennai and also illegal activities like women trafficking. When they are caught video-recording illicit activities happening in a secluded house one night by a group of thugs, they attempt to flee from them. While Bharathi's friends are killed, Bharathi manages to escape despite being stabbed by one of the thugs. But after the attack on Bharathi and her friends, the thugs' vehicle explodes due to a small mishap when a matchstick falls over petrol packets stored in the vehicle, killing all the thugs. Bharathi comes up with a new idea to eradicate society's evils by creating and propagating a fictional character called "Velayudham" who wants to clean up the city of terrorism and other illegal activities.
