Krishna (Nandamuri Balakrishna) lives in Dubai while his family is in India. His grandmother is against him who settled in India. Krishna falls for Sneha (Sonal Chauhan) and comes to India to seek the blessings of his grandmother. Jitender (Jagapati Babu) is a man with pride and haughtiness. He cannot tolerate anyone who comes across his way. Once, he goes to a nearby village for a marriage proposal to him. There he gets involved in a quarrel with the village headman (Suman) due to some unfortunate events and gets jailed. From then onwards, he tries to take revenge on that family. He kills the family members of the village headman one-by-one. As soon as Krishna arrives in India, he gets involved in quarreling with the gang of Jitendra. When Krishna and his family members are traveling in a bus to visit a temple Jitender's hitmen shoot Krishna and his family members are beaten badly by his henchmen. Krishna's elder brother Jai Dev The Legend (Nandamuri Balakrishna) who remained exiled obeying his grandmother, saves them and Krishna is admitted in a hospital. Then the past is revealed that twenty years back there was a quarrel between Jai Dev and Jitender in which Jai Dev's cousin (Radhika Apte) whom he loved was killed by Jitender. At present, he comes to know that Jitender is going to become Chief Minister of the state.How he stops Jitender from claiming this throne forms the rest of the story.

The story begins with a notorious politician Ganga Prasad (Sayaji Shinde) and a clean politician Prabhakar (Prakash Raj) vying for the CM’s seat. An investigative journalist Shafi (Shafi) breaks a story on Ganga Prasad and reveals that he has some important information on the candidate aspiring to the next CM. In comes Maisamma (Jagapati Babu), a contract killer, who is assigned the task of finishing off Shafi by the SP (Ahuti Prasad). Once he is done with Shafi, Maisamma is given another photograph as the next contract. Meanwhile, it’s time for the hero’s debut and enters Srinu (Sai Dharam Teja) from Palakollu. He finds his way to Maisamma through Yadigiri (Raghu Babu) to seek his help to get rid of a person. Of course, Maisamma is not convinced and refuses to take up the task. That’s when Srinu narrates how he fell in love with Shailaja (Regina Cassandra) and why he wants Maisamma to finish off a man. The scene shifts to an engineering college where both Srinu and Shailu are students and from here on the story takes a few surprise twists and turns.

The movie starts with Jasmine Falguda aka Jaffa (Brahmanandam), a former software engineer, narrating his story when he was in jail. He befriends all the prisoners in the jail, and subsequently becomes their leader. When prisoners face problems, Jaffa is the one who solves their problems. Eventually, he also befriends the jailor Nikki (Vennela Kishore). Nikki has been trying to get a terrorist in his custody to speak, but Nikki's tortures eventually lead to the terrorist hanging himself, putting Nikki in risk. Nikki pleads help from Jaffa, who is still in jail, for getting his job back. So Jaffa and Nikki together plan for Jaffa to escape from the jail. In the process, Father Suyodhana (Raghu Babu) is to be killed, and his corpse is to be placed in the coffin, and by the time the coffin is taken for burial, Jaffa will go inside the coffin. After the burial, Nikki will come to the graveyard to dig up the coffin and rescue Jaffa.

A kindhearted man, known as "Relangi mavayya" ("Relangi Uncle") by his family, lives in the village of the same name. The film opens with Narayana (Prabhu) and his son escaping from a gangster (Abhimanyu Singh) who intend to kill them. The film then shifts to 2001 where a young boy named White, an orphan entering the Ongole market. He manages to catch the attention of many people including the chairman of the market, Adikeshavulu (Prakash Raj) who is god to the people of the market, with his tactical ways of business and establishes him as a Businessman there. Years later, White (Ram Pothineni), still a leading merchant in the market is the owner of four shops. On the innaugrational event of his fourth shop, he meets Sandhya a.k.a Sandy (Kriti Kharbanda), Adikeshavulu's daughter and falls for her. The MLA (Ahuti Prasad) wants to buy the market so he can shift it to a land on the outskirts of the city. During this it is also revealed that Adikeshavulu is not a good man but is pretending to be a good one. Whenever he returns home after difficultly pretending to be a good person he stands in front of the mirror and removes all of his clothes. Out of anger for Adikeshavulu not giving him the market, The MLA makes White the chairman of the market. Adikeshavulu beats the MLA to a pulp and makes him announce Adikeshavulu the chairman. When the White agrees on the condition that Adikeshavulu's daughter must marry him. Out of greed for the market, Adikeshavulu agrees and gets White and Sandy engaged. On the night after their engagement, White goes to Sandy's house to meet her. But she escapes from him and reaches outside the house with her grandmother and mother and complains on White. Just then, Adikeshavulu comes in drunk but controlled but White understands and goes away but his fatherlike business partner in a drunk mode reveals that White has a father who lives in Tripura. Adikeshavulu uses this information and sends his man Durga (Abhimanyu Singh) to find White's father. But at Tripura, Durga bumps into White while trying to kill an old enemy. It is now revealed that the 'old enemy' (Prabhu) is White's father and that White's real name is Dorababu. White's partner finds out and blames White of being the son of the person who murdered his family. It is now that White reveals his past. Years back, Narayana used to be the chairman of the Ongole market. Adikeshavulu was the brother of another man (Jaya Prakash Reddy), who envied Narayana and wanted his post. The man commits suicide as he could not get the post and taking pity, Narayana appoints Adikeshavulu his man and the market continues to prosper with Adikeshavulu pretending to be good. One day, Adikeshavulu starts collecting money from the sellers as the funds for building shelter and giving food for the sellers were insufficient. Narayana comes there, stops Adikeshavulu and tells him that he will give the money. Another man in the market who envies Narayana blames him of acting in front of the people and accuses him of telling Adikeshavulu to collect the money. But nobody believes him and continue to trust Adikeshavulu. Adikeshavulu kills the man along with Durga and it is revealed that it is he who killed his brother. White (Dorababu), decides now to take revenge. Meanwhile, Adikeshavulu kidnaps Narayana and decides to put him in a sack in the market and burn the market to ashes as he will get the insurance as profit. The market is burnt that night but White comes to save it and ends up chasing Adikeshavulu into the announcement office. There, Adikeshavulu reveals everything about himself, including the fact that he was the one who killed his brother, which White accidentally catches on the announcement mike. Everybody outside hears everything and charges at Adikeshavulu who ends up being killed by their beatings. The people welcome Narayana back in the market and finally he gets his post as market president back.

Raghunandan is a rich, unhappy businessman based in Milan. He wishes to reconcile with his estranged daughter Sunanda whom he expelled because she married Rajasekhar against his wishes. His grandson Gautham Nanda promises Raghunandan that he will bring her back to their home on his 80th birthday. Sunanda has three daughters: Two of them are Prameela and Sashi. Gautham enters the house as Siddhu, a driver who was appointed by Rajasekhar after saving him from a heart attack. Gautham tries to woo Prameela but gives up when he learns that Prameela is in love with another man. Sashi hates Gautham and is suspicious of him and Paddu, his friend and a nurse who is appointed to take care of Rajasekhar.

After Pandu's wife gives Sruthi's number to Pandu and asks him to convey that to Karthik, a miscommunication between Karthik and Pandu leads to Karthik calling Sravani (Nithya Menen). Karthik mistakes Sravani for Sruthi and talks to her over the phone. Unbeknownst to him, Sravani knows who Karthik is and develops an interest towards him. A series of events clears Karthik's confusion and everything is revealed. Meanwhile Karthik helps his friend Madhu (Madhunandan) in gaining a girl's attention, who is none other than Sruti. Sruthi falls for Madhu. A series of comedies lead to Madhu doubting Sruti and their relationship is at stake. Later they will unite. Meanwhile, Sravani plans to avenge the deception and pain that Karthik put her through. She gains employment as Karthik's boss and decides to put him through the same hardships. However, towards the end, Karthik wants to propose to his boss(Sravani) and Sravani is ready to reject his proposal to avenge her pain. Just before he proposes, Karthik realizes he is truly in love with his phone friend Sravani and runs to her house to plead her forgiveness. There he sees Sravani and both unite with a hug.
