Synopsis
Leo and Giada are two bumbling and bungling citizens that are exchanged for dangerous bandits because a misunderstanding by the police. In fact during a robbery Leo and Giada were involved in the theft and they're taken hostage and the police tracked down the thieves when he discovered the identity cards of the two bungling. After several chases thieves before they reach the same Leo and Giada kidnapping them again, because the two unknowingly possess an important part of the loot stolen by bandits in the first shot he saw all the characters gathered together.Actors

In Naples the Commissioner Rizzo, said "Flatfoot", defeats a gang of drug traffickers. The criminals, from Marseille, were peddling drugs using frozen fish, but Flatfoot has managed to arrest them, with the help of a boss of the Neapolitan underworld, called Manomozza. After the arrest however Flatfoot discovers that Manomozza did the double game and now intends to forge an alliance with the traffickers "Marseilles". The police prepares to trap the Drug Lord of Naples. The plan fails and Rizzo (Bud Spencer) decides to interrogate him for the last time, but when he arrives the Drug Lord has been murdered. Rizzo is accused of the murder and decides to investigate the arrival of an Italo-American mafia man, Frank Barella (Al Lettieri). The information given by Barella and Ferramenti (Dominic Barto) makes Rizzo believe that there is a rat in the police department, and, therefore, he must go to the Far East to find out who he is.
