Add to a movie listCheats is a 2002 comedy about four friends that have been cheating their way through high school, and have to face new challenges to avoid getting caught before going to college. The lead roles are Trevor Fehrman, Matthew Lawrence, and Mary Tyler Moore.
The original name of the movie was Cheaters but was thought to be confused with the movie Cheaters starring Jeff Daniels. The real Applebee refused to take part in the 18 minute DVD special feature documentary based on the actual Cheats, and as such his name had to be censored whenever used.
Synopsis
While other kids at the elite North Point Academy spend countless hours studying, Handsome Davis sees it as nothing more than a system of control over your mind. That's why Handsome and his three best friends Sammy, Victor and the cribsheet genius Applebee have banded together and found ways to cheat on their tests all through their school years. Everything had been going along smoothly until the gang entered their final year of high school and the stakes were upped by the school's principal, Mrs. Stark. If they get caught cheating again Stark will make a note in their permanent records and possibly kill their chances of getting into college.Actors

Martin and his friends draw the ire of Nazi zombies after unwittingly taking their gold. When Martin is bitten on the arm, he removes the infected arm with a chainsaw. After returning their gold to the Nazi zombies, Martin realizes he forgot a coin. The zombies chase after him, and their commander, Herzog, tenaciously holds on to Martin's car as he flees. An oncoming truck slices off Herzog's arm, which remains in the car with Martin. After Martin is involved in an accident, he wakes in a hospital. The police disbelieve his wild stories about zombies and charge him with the murder of his friends. To his horror, Martin finds that a surgeon has attached Herzog's arm to his stump. The zombie arm goes berserk and attacks everyone within reach. After Martin kills several people against his will, he is sedated and strapped tightly to the bed.

Although Michael has matured well since the first film, he still feels that by birthright he deserves to start at the top of his father's law firm, whereas his father tells him that he will start him as a job clerking in order to learn the profession from the bottom up. Michael takes a summer vacation with Tommy to Australia. Michael has big plans to show his cousin Tommy a good time aboard a luxury yacht, until he discovers that the yacht he chartered is actually an old, rusty fishing boat. But when modern-day pirates (led by Frakes, who stole Michael's wallet and discovered his family is very rich and intends on taking Michael for a ransom) chase the fishing boat, the boys are forced to jump ship, leaving them stranded on a desert island with the boat's captain, Jake Hunter, who scuttled the fishing boat to lose the pirates, and later admits he hated being a fishing boat captain and only stuck with it because it was his late father's calling. Frakes find the boys and attempts to shoot them, but fails due to his firearm being gunked up with quicksand he had gotten trapped in earlier while stalking the boys; who then outwit the pirates by absconding in their speedboat, leaving the villains stranded. As the boys escape they call the Australian Coast Guard for help. The pirates are arrested and their speedboat is seized. During a lunch the boys have with Michael's father and Tommy's mom, Michael arrives and tells Jake and Tommy that due to asset forfeiture, Frakes's boat is now theirs and that they are going to start their own charter business owned by all 3 of them, with Jake captaining the boat. Michael also tells his father that he will return home to take his earlier job offer as a clerk in order to be apprenticed for a law career, now having realized there is no royal road to success.

Jason Ritter plays a video store clerk who stalks, spies on and manipulates a reclusive woman, played by Marianna Palka who often comes to the video store where he works and rents soft-core porn. Eventually, despite his strong optimism, her dislike of sex and resulting defensiveness drives them apart. It is revealed toward the end of the film that her dislike of both sex and relationships was fueled by sexual abuse at the hands of her father. The film ends with a confrontation with her father, and ultimately Ritter's character reuniting with her.
