Synopsis
Miami DEA undercover agent Cliff Adams goes to South America to work for Gonzalo Reyes, a drug dealer who has become the biggest cocaine exporter of the region. The assignment becomes personal after the kingpin behind the drug ring murders Cliff's partner. Adams' own life is eventually jeopardized after he refuses to perform a hit for the drug lord. Cliff decides to strike back before it's too late.Actors

Ricardo Guglielmini is the mayor of Colonia Vela, a small countryside village in an undisclosed province of central Argentina. The film begins by showing a group of Cuban refugees on a boat sailing for the United States. They are at first met by what appears to be a U.S. Coast Guard boat, with armed personnel. The captain of the vessel declares that the refugees are welcomed to the United States, only to have the Guardsmen open fire on them and take several bags of cocaine hidden in the boat. It is revealed that the armed personnel were communist Latin American guerrillas disguised as U.S. Coast Guardsmen.

Three MI6 agents, including one "on loan" to the American government, are killed under mysterious circumstances within 24 hours of each other in the United Nations, New Orleans and a small Caribbean island, San Monique, respectively, while monitoring the operations of Dr. Kananga, the island's dictator.
