C'est le troisième volet de la série des Crazy après Crazy Stone (2006) et Crazy Racer (2009), et également la troisième fois que l'acteur Bo Huang travaille avec Ning Hao.
Il sort le 5 février 2019 (le jour du Nouvel An chinois) en Chine et est deuxième du box-office chinois de 2019 lors de sa première semaine d'exploitation derrière la superproduction The Wandering Earth.

The story begins on a small spaceship docking with a refueling station. On board are a group of four aliens, Bernard, Sandra, Desmond, and Julian. The film is set in a fictitious past, in which space travel is pioneered by roughnecks. The logic of space travel is not addressed, and most technology was designed for the film to appear as if "it could be repaired with a hammer". Samuel Curtis, an interplanetary trader, is approached by an acquaintance of his, the Blueberry Pirate, with a mission. He is to provide the women of Venus with a new king for mating. In exchange for this new stud, they will relinquish their currently deceased king, whose family is offering an immense reward for his body. Curtis sets off in search of the perfect replacement, the Boy Who Actually Saw a Woman's Breast, and soon discovers that his old nemesis Professor Hess is hot on his trail.

Shermer, Illinois, is a fictitious suburb of Chicago. There, nerdy social outcasts Gary Wallace (Anthony Michael Hall) and Wyatt Donnelly (Ilan Mitchell-Smith) are publicly humiliated by Ian (Robert Downey, Jr.) and Max (Robert Rusler) after they are seen swooning over two girls who happen to be their girlfriends. Dejected and disappointed at their direction in life and wanting more, Gary convinces the uptight Wyatt that they need a boost of popularity in order to get their crushes, Hilly (Judie Aronson) and Deb (Suzanne Snyder), away from Ian and Max. Alone for the weekend with Wyatt's parents gone, Gary is inspired by the 1931 classic Frankenstein to create a virtual girl using Wyatt's computer; infusing her with everything they can conceive to make the perfect dream girl. After hooking electrodes to a doll and hacking into a government computer system for more power, a power surge creates Lisa, a beautiful and intelligent woman with seemingly endless powers. Promptly, she conjures up a Cadillac convertible to take the boys out to a bar, using her powers to manipulate people into believing Gary and Wyatt are of age. The boys come up with the name Lisa (Kelly Le Brock), based upon a failed romantic experience of Gary's that ended with Lisa kicking him in the testicles.

Horace Parker, un jeune et riche égoïste, a accepté de financer un système de communication avec Mars à condition d'être crédité comme son inventeur. Un soir, il reste chez lui pour en étudier les plans plutôt que d'aller à une soirée avec Minnie, sa fiancée. Comme il s'endort, un personnage lui apparaît, qui se présente comme un messager en provenance de Mars, dont la mission est de convertir l'homme le plus égoïste de la Terre. Melvin Ferd (Mark Torgl) is a stereotypical 98-pound weakling. He works as a janitor at a health club in the fictional town of Tromaville, New Jersey where the customers—particularly Bozo (Gary Schneider), Slug (Robert Prichard), Wanda (Jennifer Babtist) and Julie (Cindy Manion)—harass him constantly. His tormentors get more and more violent until he is tricked into wearing a pink tutu and kissing a sheep. He is chased around the health club and out a second story window. He lands in a drum of toxic waste, which sets him on fire. After running down the street in a ball of flames, Melvin douses the flames in his bathtub. L’ingénieur Jindřich Beránek travaille au sein de la société Elektrojeřáby alors que sa femme Růžena, autoritaire et énergique, voire tyrannique, travaille dans un institut de recherche. La professeure Beránková invente ainsi un procédé qui supprime les rêves désagréables. Elle reproduit l’expérience avec une vache au cours d’une conférence, qui voit disparaitre un taon du rêve de la vache (les rêves étant retransmis… sur un écran de télévision). Mais le taon réapparait alors dans la salle, et échappe à l’attention des protagonistes. Jindřich Beránek trouve quant à lui une série de bandes dessinées, où la ravissante héroïne Jessie échappe à ses poursuivants en utilisant des gants anti-gravité. L’idée lui vient alors de mettre au point un procédé identique.
