Crocodile is a 1996 South Korean film. It was the directorial debut of Ki-duk Kim and stars Cho Jae-hyun as "Crocodile".
The film tells the story of a man living at the edge of the Han River in Seoul, who saves a woman trying to commit suicide. He then proceeds to rape and abuse her until an odd relationship develops between them.
Synopsis
Crocodile, voleur, arnaqueur, violent, vit avec son père et un jeune garçon au bord d'une rivière, sous un pont. Il se fait de l'argent en allant récupérer au fond de l'eau les portefeuilles des personnes qui se sont jetées dans la rivière. Jusqu'au jour où il sauve la vie d'une femme qui voulait se suicider. Elle se met à vivre avec eux, et il se crée alors entre eux une relation comme seule il peut en exister entre des personnes à la dérive, naviguant entre violence et affection.Actors

It is set in the South Korean countryside around a U.S. military base, and particularly involves the villages that are affected by its presence. This includes an unstable, near psychotic American soldier (Mitch Malem) who survives on a diet of LSD and rage, Eun-ok, a girl with one defective eye, Jihum a lonesome boy and Chang-guk, who lives in an old abandoned U.S. Air Force bus with his mother.
