The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in lead roles.
The film is scheduled to release on 18 December 2015.
Synopsis
Randhir Bakshi et Dev Malik, pères respectifs de Kaali (Shah Rukh Khan) et Meera (Kajol) sont chefs de deux gangs adverses de la Mafia, ils sont ennemis depuis de nombreuses années. Avec l’intention de reprendre la cargaison d'or que le gang des Bakshi aurait volé, Meera commence à fréquenter Kaali quotidiennement, ce dernier ne connait pas sa vraie identité, et tombe amoureux d'elle. Meera réussi à lui faire avouer toutes les informations sur la cargaison d'or lors d'une de leur discussion, elle décide de reprendre l'or le jour de son anniversaire, jour qu'elle pense idéal pour faire ce cadeau à son père. Kaali est déçu et se sent trahi, il décide tout de même de la voir une dernière fois afin de lui dire deux mots, lors de cette rencontre, il va lui sauver la vie, ce qui va la faire tomber amoureuse de lui à son tour. Malgré quelques hésitations Kaali finit par pardonner Meera, et ils finissent par sortir ensemble. Meera veut faire un pas de plus dans leur relation et ils décident de convaincre leur pères pour leur mariage.Actors

Rahul Mithaiwala (Shahrukh Khan) is a forty-year-old bachelor living in Mumbai. His parents died in a car accident when he was eight years old, so his grandparents raised him. His grandfather (Lekh Tandon) owns a chain of confectionery shops where Rahul has been a dedicated worker helping his grandfather. Two of Rahul's friends convince to finally take a vacation and travel with them to Goa. Rahul's grandfather dies on the day of the 100th birthday celebration. His grandmother tells Rahul that his grandfather wanted his ashes to be divided into two parts—one of each to be immersed in the Ganges and Rameswaram. She asks Rahul to take the ashes to Rameswaram and disperse them. While he accepts her request, Rahul and his friends plan to dump the ashes at Goa but his grandmother wants to see him off, forcing Rahul to travel by train. He books a single ticket on the Chennai Express, planning to quickly exit and meet his friends along the way. However, as he tries to leave the train, he notices a young woman running to board it. He helps her and then four large men board the moving train, missing his chance to debark.

Abbas Ali (Abhishek Bachchan) lives in Chandni Chowk with his sister Sania (Asin Thottumkal). When their ancestral property is taken from them by deception, Abbas loses his job. The temple, being at the border of the two villages, was disputed and has been locked for years.

Rizwan Khan is a Muslim child who grew up with his brother Zakir and his mother Razia Khan in a middle-class family in the section of Mumbai. Rizwan is different from other children, however. Yashvardhan "Yash" Raichand (Amitabh Bachchan) is a rich businessman, living in India with his wife Nandini (Jaya Bachchan) and two sons Rahul and Rohan. Rahul is the elder son and was adopted by Yash and Nandini at birth; this is known to everyone in the Raichand household, except Rohan. Rahul visits Rohan in the Boarding School and begs of Rohan never to ask where he went or why he left, and asks that he take care of Nandini.

In mid-2000s, the illegal drug trade based in Kuala Lumpur is booming. The Malaysian authorities are called upon for assistance by their Indian counterparts. The Indian team sent to Kuala Lumpur is headed by Deputy Commissioner of Police D'Silva (Boman Irani), who targets the illegal drug operations of Singhania (Rajesh Khattar). Helping him along the way is Inspector Vishal Malik (Om Puri), an Indian officer from Interpol. Both of them know that in order to put an end to the illegal drug trade, they must capture "Don" (Shah Rukh Khan) who manages Singhania's business in Kuala Lumpur. Singhania was one of the two closest and most trusted men of Boris, a criminal who went underground and was presumed dead by the police. Boris's other lieutenant was a man called Vardhan, equally ruthless as Singhania, but his whereabouts are unknown. The police thinks that Singhania had killed Vardhan upon learning that Boris was about to hand over his drug business to Vardhan.
