Synopsis
L'action d'Event 15 se situe dans un centre médical militaire à Washington DC. Trois soldats récemment rentrés du Moyen-Orient et souffrant des effets du syndrome de stress post-traumatique, y suivent un traitement sous la supervision de médecins militaires. Alors que les soldats s’apprêtent à quitter l'établissement médical en empruntant le même ascenseur, et qu'ils se font une joie de retrouver famille et amis afin de panser leurs blessures psychologiques, l'ascenseur tombe en panne entre deux étages. Ils apprennent alors que Washington DC subit une attaque terroriste de grande ampleur à laquelle les autorités répondent en ordonnant l'évacuation de la ville.Ne pouvant compter sur aucune aide pour les sortir de leur "cage métallique", isolés et confrontés à la perspective d'une mort par irradiation, cette situation stressante fait remonter les souvenirs traumatisants de leur expérience au Moyen-Orient. Plutôt que de s'entraider pour se sortir de ce mauvais pas, les trois soldats vont se livrer une lutte sans merci afin de prendre le contrôle, quitte à ce qu'un seul survive à cette expérience.Actors

Beginning scene start off with a woman driving on a road and she gets into a car crash with a truck driver killing her. John Quincy Archibald and his wife Denise witness their young son Michael collapse at his baseball game. After a series of tests at the hospital, John is informed by Dr. Raymond Turner and Rebecca Payne, a hospital administrator, that Michael has an enlarged heart and will need a transplant. Because the company he works for dropped John from full-time to part-time, his health insurance has been changed, and the new policy does not cover the surgery, leaving them to raise $75,000 to get their son's name on the donor list. The family tries to raise the money but are only able to come up with a third of the necessary payment. The hospital tires of waiting and releases Michael; Denise urges John to do something. Unwilling to let his child die, John walks into the hospital ER with a handgun, gathers hostages, and sets demands: his son's name on the recipient list as soon as possible. The hostage negotiator, Lt. Frank Grimes, stands down to let John cool off.

Hoping for fame, Jake (Josh Stewart) and Stevie (Ronnie Gene Blevins) have decided to film a pilot for a hunting show deep in a secluded forest. The film begins with a teenage girl, Laurel Miller (Jessica Lowndes), going into the woods to meet her boyfriend Michael (Randy Wayne). In 1815 Edmond Dantès, second mate of a French trading ship, and his friend Fernand Mondego, a representative of the shipping company, head to the isle of Elba to seek medical attention for their ailing captain. Dantès and Mondego are chased by British Dragoons who believe they are spies for the exiled Napoleon Bonaparte. Bonaparte himself comes to their aid, stating that they are not his agents. As payment for using his physician, Bonaparte asks Dantès to deliver a letter to a certain Monsieur Clarion in France. The captain dies, however, and they leave Elba. On returning to France, Dantès is reprimanded by the ship's first mate, Danglars, for disobeying orders. However, the company's boss, Morrell, commends Dantès' bravery, promoting him to captain over Danglars, who is left fuming. Mondego intercepts Dantès' fiancée, Mercédès, and tries to seduce her. When he hears of Dantès' promotion, Mondego realizes that Dantès and Mercédès would soon be married.

After a stakeout, Parker, a dirty cop, arrests the son of mob boss Joseph Corso. Parker uses the arrest as leverage against Corso and forces him to recruit Riley, a thief that Parker wants to entrap. After Corso threatens him, Riley reluctantly agrees to perform a burglary for Corso, unaware that he is being manipulated by Parker. Parker's target, however, turns out to be more secure than expected, and Corso is unable to procure access codes. Riley balks at Corso's suggestion that they torture a worker for the codes, so Parker retrieves the codes from Scotland Yard's security system. However, Dixon, Parker's protege, becomes increasingly suspicious that there's more to Parker's machinations than he lets on. Dixon takes his concerns to Sands, Parker's long-time partner, who threatens to block Dixon's promotion if he continues to ask questions.
