Marin Elizabeth Hinkle (born March 23, 1966) is an American actress, known for playing the role of Judith Harper-Melnick, Alan Harper's mean ex-wife on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men and her role as Judy Brooks the sister of the lead character Lily Manning on ABC drama Once and Again.

Biography

Hinkle was born in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the daughter of Margaret R. (Polga) Hinkle, a Justice of the Superior Court of Massachusetts, and Rodney Hinkle, a college dean and teacher who met while serving in the Peace Corps. Her family moved to Boston, Massachusetts, when she was four months old. Two years later, her brother Mark was born. She attended Brown University and New York University's Graduate Acting Program at the Tisch School of the Arts, graduating in 1991.

She originally planned to be a professional ballerina, but after an ankle injury permanently ended the possibilities at the age of 16, she decided to take up acting.

Sans que ses amis et compagnons d'aventures de l'épisode 2, Bethany, Fridge et Martha, ne soient au courant, Spencer a conservé les morceaux du jeu vidéo Jumanji dans le sous-sol de la maison de sa mère. De retour pour les vacances, alors qu'il mène une vie d'étudiant difficile à New-York et qu'il est contraint de partager sa chambre avec son grand-père convalescent, il répare le système et est happé par le jeu. Le lendemain, ses amis, avec qui il avait rendez-vous pour un brunch, passent chez lui prendre de ses nouvelles, ne l'y trouvent pas, mais constatent que le jeu en est en cours dans la cave de Spencer : tous décident de rentrer dans Jumanji pour le sauver. Le grand-père de Spencer, Eddie, et son ami Milo Walker entendent le chahut et se laissent entraîner par inadvertance dans le jeu et deviennent deux des avatars de Jumanji. Les amis adolescents doivent aider Eddie et Milo à s’habituer à leurs avatars du jeu, les aider à retrouver Spencer et à s'échapper à nouveau de Jumanji (ce qui n'est pas une tâche facile étant donné qu'il s'agit du niveau supérieur).

British medical student Martin E. Blake transfers to a Southern California hospital to start his residency. The crew responds to an emergency call from an apartment building. They take him downstairs for medical assistance, while Fletcher stays with a now sedated Mrs. Espinoza upstairs. However, when they get downstairs, they find the apartment doors have been locked from the outside, leaving everyone, including several residents, trapped inside. Upstairs, Fletcher is attacked by Mrs. Espinoza and thrown from the railing to the ground, leaving him in serious condition. Laura Danner is a mentally ill, single mother who takes illegal drugs and is unable to care for her 10-year-old son Davey. She offers him some tranquillisers beforehand but, unbeknownst to her, he spits them out. His mother drives on to the tracks.
