Add to a movie listVenner for altid, Friends Forever in English (literally Friends for All Time) is a Danish film produced in 1986 and released at the beginning of 1987. It was directed by Stefan Henszelman to a script by himself and Alexander Kørschen, was shown to large audiences in New York, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco and garnered the 1988 Audience Award at the San Francisco International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival.
The film was successfully shown at the 2005 Copenhagen Gay and Lesbian Film Festival by its Danish distributor, Nordisk.
Henszelman lived to direct one more film, Dagens Donna (1990). He died of AIDS on October 2, 1991, aged 31.
Synopsis
Teenager Kristian moves to a new neighborhood and makes friends with two boys in his new school: Henrik, an independent loner, and Patrick, leader of a gang. Later on, Kristian is startled to find Patrick is having an affair with the captain of a soccer team and this leads him to explore his own feelings.Comments

Although he aspires to become an artist, middle-class Charles Ryder (Matthew Goode) reads history at the University of Oxford, where he befriends the flamboyant and wealthy Lord Sebastian Flyte (Ben Whishaw). Sebastian's mother, Lady Marchmain, strongly disapproves of his life-style, especially his heavy drinking. Jackie, a former child star, catches the eye of an infamous, womanizing teacher, Catherine (McAtee), when Jackie goes to college. Catherine and Jackie begin a scandalous affair that draws Jackie away from the college social life. Catherine and Jackie grow closer as they help each other discover more about themselves, when suddenly Jackie gets the chance to go back into her acting days. Catherine becomes uncomfortable with their situation, seeing how it could seemingly never work out, with Jackie having to constantly visit Catherine under the guise of her just being a "friend", as it would be hazardous for both of them for their relationship to get out. Catherine attempts to distance herself from Jackie by trying to declare they were never in a formal relationship, and that Jackie is not worth it in Catherine's eyes, while Jackie claims Catherine is worth it. The next day Jackie shows up at Catherine's doorstep beat up after defending Catherine's reputation. Catherine sees paparazzi taking pictures and quickly drags Jackie into the house. While taking care of Jackie, Jackie notices Catherine is wearing a dress. When questioned about it, she reveals she is attending a party, Jackie asks if she is going alone, Catherine says no but will not reveal her date, and will not let Jackie replace her date, claiming she would just be attention starved; Jackie offends Catherine by insulting her for not being financed by her own means. Jackie stays on the couch at Catherine's when Catherine returns from the party, acting passive-aggressive towards Jackie, she brings her date, a male closer to her age, into her room, causing Jackie to leave. Jackie goes to a party and hangs out with friends. After leaving for LA to set up for the release of a new show Jackie's been cast in, Catherine loses her job due to her relationship with Jackie being partially exposed. Months later Jackie and Catherine are shown sleeping together one last time. Saying their goodbyes, Jackie leaves the next day for her new role.

In the harsh post-war years' Catalan countryside, Dionís, a bird dealer, is killed with his son by a man in a hooded cape. Andreu, an 11-year-old boy, discovers the bodies. The falangist mayor of the town blames Farriol, Andreu’s father. Farriol, who was Dionís’s business partner dealing with birds, is an easy target for incrimination due to his suspicious background as a supporter of the Second Spanish Republic. Years before, the mayor and Farriol were rivals vying for the love of Florència, Andreu’s mother, cementing the major resentment against both of them. Fearing for his life, Farriol decides to flee and cross the border into France. Florència has to work in a factory in Vic so Andreu is sent to live with his paternal relatives in a house full of women and children. Àvia, Andreu’s old grandmother and Ció, a widower aunt who has a son a few years older than Andreu, work looking after the country home of the richest family of the region, the Manuben. There is also a younger aunt, Enriqueta, who is being pressured into marrying an older neighbor she does not love. The grim household is completed by Andreu’s orphan cousin Núria, a maimed but beautiful girl around his age, who lost a hand while playing with a grenade.

Solek (a nickname for Solomon, also called "Solly") and his family live in Nazi Germany. On the eve of Solek's bar mitzvah, Kristallnacht occurs. He escapes, naked, then hiding in a barrel. The story takes place in and around Paris, France in 1931. The story told is one of a love triangle between the Millers and Anaïs Nin.
