Golapi Ekhon Bilatey is a 2010 Bangladeshi film written and directed by Amjad Hussain. It stars Mithun Chakraborty, Moushumi, Shabnur, Ferdous Ahmed, Prabir Mitra and Ahmed Sharif. Amjad Hossaid directed two other films before, Golapi Ekhon Traine (1978) , Golapi Ekhon Dhaka e (1995) and they aren't not prequel of the film. The filming of Golapi Ekhon Bilatey began on May 2006 and released on 29 January 2010 in Bangladesh.

The beginning of the film is set in 1951 in a small village of Idar in Sabarkantha district, northern Gujarat, a young man named Gurukant "Guru" Desai (Abhishek Bachchan) dreams of making it big some day. His father (Rajendra Gupta), the headmaster of the village school, tells him not to dream and that dreams never come true. Gurukant decides to go to Turkey and enter the spice trade; later, he is promoted but refuses the job, as he wants to work for himself. Back in his village, he marries Sujata (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan), mainly because of the dowry she brings him. Along with Sujata and her brother Jignesh (Arya Babbar), Guru migrates to Bombay and starts trading in cloth. Gradually, he expands his business and sets up manufacturing units of his own, under the name "Shakti Corporation".

Radha (Smita Patil) and Ramu (Mithun Chakraborty) are siblings. Their parents Shyam and Sita are singers. Once, Shyam and Sita go to perform in Jalpaiguri to get some money, since they are in a poor status and they have to pay a monthly rent. While performing in Jalpaiguri, Sita catches the eye of a rich and powerful man called A.M. Singh (Amrish Puri). He stops them in the mid way home, kills Shyam and rapes Sita. Radha and Ramu get the news that their parents are dead. The house proprietor banishes them and they become homeless. Years later, Radha and Ramu have achieved success and are popular singers now. Ramu falls in love with Janita (Mandakini) and Radha gets married to Resham (Shakti Kapoor), who is their troupe member. They all sing and perform together. However, Resham becomes different and strange. He comes to abuse Radha. When Ramu comes to know that, he tries to prevent him, but Radha does not allow him to do it. Radha finds out that she is pregnant. She comes to inform her husband and finds him with another woman in their bed. She reacts angrily and Resham beats her in such a cruel way, that she passes away in the hospital. Ramu takes to alcohol in a big way, while Janita who has to perform in Jalpaiguri because of the contract, catches the eye of none other than A.M. Singh. The story repeats and Singh's people stop Janita in the midway home, but surprisingly, Sita, Ramu's mother kills them and rescues Janita. Janita brings Sita and there Ramu meets his mother after 20 years. He recognizes her immediately. Ramu organizes a big concert which will be dedicated to his sister. There, A.M. Singh appears again. Ramu gets who he is and kills him.

Ellie and her brother Tom listen to their grandmother reading them a story about the evil Snow Queen. However, the Snow Queen really does live in an icy palace in the North Pole with her three troll servants: Eric, Baggy, and Wardrobe. Her plan is to set up her huge magic mirror on a mountain to reflect the sunlight away so the entire world will become her kingdom. But the mirror falls down the mountain and lands on the trolls' flying machine where it shatters into pieces. Two of the pieces hit Tom in the eye and the heart that he falls into an evil curse.
