Synopsis
Un tueur en série tue des épiciers arabes à Paris. Une de ses victimes étant une diplomate algérienne, l'Algérie envoie deux fins limiers pour participer à l'enquête : l'inspecteur Nerh-Nerh, et « le Kabyle » qui a perdu tout accent arabe dans son français après avoir été enlevé par des extra-terrestres. À Paris, les soupçons se portent rapidement sur la communauté asiatique, mais c'est sans compter sur le flair et les techniques infaillibles des deux policiers...Actors

A group of thieves calling themselves the Santa Claus gang are wreaking havoc, and the Marseille police are, as usual, unable to keep up. Superintendent Gibert (played by Bernard Farcy) is distracted by a Chinese journalist (Bai Ling) writing a story on his squad. Detective Emilien's wife, Petra, has just announced that she's pregnant and taxi driver Daniel (Samy Naceri) is in the midst of a relationship crisis. His long-suffering girlfriend Lilly has walked out on him after finding him customising his taxi at four o'clock in the morning, and complaining that their house has become a mere garage. After a string of mistakes in which the thieves outsmart the police time and time again, a journalist is kidnapped. It is revealed that the journalist is the leader of the Santa Claus gang. The police go in search, but Emilien is captured after another botched attempt to arrest them. The journalist sets a trap; she leaves Emilien tied to a chair in an old warehouse, directly in the path of a giant ball which will crush him five minutes later. At the very last moment, Daniel rushes in with his taxi and rescues him. They track the gang to their hideout in the Swiss mountains, where the journalist and her accomplices are arrested by a crack team of Alpine troops. Gibert lands in an ice-bound lake after leaping from an aircraft with them. Petra gives birth, Daniel proposes to Lilly and a Gibert is seen being pushed around in a wheelchair covered in ice.

L.A.P.D. Detective Carter is directing traffic. Concurrently, Chinese Ambassador Han addresses the importance of fighting the Triads at the World Criminal Court, announcing that he may know the whereabouts of Shy Shen, a semi-mythical individual of great importance to the Chinese mob. Before announcing, an assassin shoots Han in the shoulder, disrupting the conference. Chief Inspector Lee pursues the shooter and corners him, discovering that the assassin is his childhood Japanese friend Kenji. The plot begins in a convenience store where two FBI agents and brothers, Kevin Copeland and Marcus Copeland (Shawn and Marlon Wayans), try to capture members of an organization that sells drugs inside ice cream boxes, posing as dominican clerks. Unfortunately, the first arrival turns out to be a genuine ice cream delivery, and the actual drug dealers manage to get away. The situation is worsened by the fact that Kevin and Marcus have decided to resolve this bust by themselves.

A serial killer/vigilante known as the "Party Crasher" (Stephen Lang) telephones the police, notifying them that he is about to murder another individual at a night club, daring them to stop him. The film takes place in 1936, at the height of the Great Depression. Johnny Hooker, a grifter in Joliet, Illinois, cons $11,000 in cash from an unsuspecting victim with the aid of his partners Luther Coleman and Joe Erie. Convicted thief Albert Ganz is working as part of a road gang in California, when a big Native American man named Billy Bear drives up in a pickup truck and asks for water to cool off his truck’s overheating radiator. Michel Boudriau et Kim Houang, deux lieutenants de police, sont amis depuis leur enfance. Michel, naïf et très croyant, est marié et a six enfants. Kim qui a été adopté puis abandonné par des restaurateurs vietnamiens est célibataire et très avare. Les policiers passent des tests d'aptitude. Après des épreuves désastreuses, Kim use de sa séduction pour faire améliorer par l'informaticienne ses notes et celles de Michel. Dans le même temps, en région parisienne se produit une série d’attentats à l’explosif revendiquant une somme de 15 millions d’euros. Le ministre de l’Intérieur enjoint à la directrice de la police Aude Letellier de charger de cette affaire les policiers les mieux notés aux tests d'aptitude : Michel et Kim sont désignés. En rencontrant Aude Letellier, Kim s'éprend de sa secrétaire Angela, qu’il invite aussitôt. Pour conduire Angela, le très économe Kim emprunte une voiture à la police. Il ignore qu’une bombe était placée dans cette voiture en vue d’un prochain attentat. La voiture explose devant le cabinet de la directrice de la police.

A Japanese minister of defence is traveling to Paris to sign a weapons contract between Japan and France, but first, he is visiting Marseille to view and rate the city police's anti-gang tactics (using fake attacks on him). During the visit, however, he is kidnapped by a group working for the Japanese yakuza. Emilien (Frédéric Diefenthal) is determined to rescue the minister and detective Petra (Emma Sjöberg), his girlfriend who was also kidnapped, and restore the honour of his department. Once again, speed demon taxi-driver Daniel (Samy Naceri) is called upon to save the day with his high-speed driving skills.
