Synopsis
In a small town located in Klang, a rogue named Te Sai (Namewee) steals a ring during a gangster's memorial ceremony, not knowing that it is haunted. The ring hosts the ghosts of three former gang leaders who begin to haunt Te Sai as he is carrying their ring. Te Sai soon finds out that the trio were killed by a traitor whose personal agenda threatens the very foundation of unity between the three gangs. Guided by the ghosts, Te Sai must now do what he can to unify the gangs and avoid a tragedy that may result in the deaths of many innocents.Actors

Walking home on Bonfire Night through "The Ends" in Brixton, new-to-the-area nurse Samantha Adams is mugged by a small gang of teenage hoodlums: Pest, Dennis, Jerome, Biggz, and leader Moses. The attack is interrupted when a meteorite falls from the sky into a nearby car, giving Samantha the chance to escape. As Moses searches the wreck of the car for valuables, his face is scratched by a pale, hairless, eyeless dog-sized creature; the object which fell from the sky was its cocoon. The creature runs away, but the gang chase and kill it. Hoping to gain fame and fortune, they take the corpse to their acquaintance, cannabis dealer Ron, to get advice on what to do. He lives at the top of their tower block, Wyndham Tower.

Dallas (Casper Van Dien) is not a very discriminating vampire. Years ago, in an effort to save the life of Hans, the crippled son of famed Viennese vampire hunter Doctor Frederick Van Helsing, he turned him into a vampire, without permission from The Count (Robert Pastorelli). Mallory (Bonamy) is the head of an elite government-run strike force dedicated to combating the supernatural. Her team includes the drag queen Vena Cava (Ribier), an explosives expert; a mute, pre-teen telepath capable of possessing others named Talking Tina (Barès); and an armed governmental agent named Durand (Perkins-Lyautey).
