Synopsis
Sans que ses amis et compagnons d'aventures de l'épisode 2, Bethany, Fridge et Martha, ne soient au courant, Spencer a conservé les morceaux du jeu vidéo Jumanji dans le sous-sol de la maison de sa mère. De retour pour les vacances, alors qu'il mène une vie d'étudiant difficile à New-York et qu'il est contraint de partager sa chambre avec son grand-père convalescent, il répare le système et est happé par le jeu. Le lendemain, ses amis, avec qui il avait rendez-vous pour un brunch, passent chez lui prendre de ses nouvelles, ne l'y trouvent pas, mais constatent que le jeu en est en cours dans la cave de Spencer : tous décident de rentrer dans Jumanji pour le sauver. Le grand-père de Spencer, Eddie, et son ami Milo Walker entendent le chahut et se laissent entraîner par inadvertance dans le jeu et deviennent deux des avatars de Jumanji. Les amis adolescents doivent aider Eddie et Milo à s’habituer à leurs avatars du jeu, les aider à retrouver Spencer et à s'échapper à nouveau de Jumanji (ce qui n'est pas une tâche facile étant donné qu'il s'agit du niveau supérieur).Actors

Davis Okoye est un primatologue qui préfère se tenir à l'écart des hommes. Il partage un lien inébranlable avec George, un gorille albinos extraordinairement intelligent, qu'il côtoie depuis la naissance de l'animal. Leur relation va cependant être perturbée par une expérience génétique ratée (CRISPR) qui transforme George en un monstre furieux. Shaun Brumder (Colin Hanks) is a teenager from affluent Orange County, California. Although bright and intelligent, he has very little interest in education or studying, instead trying to lead a carefree SoCal lifestyle of surfing, drinking, and partying. Jay and Annie Hargrove are a married couple, which, after having two kids, have sex at every opportunity. After Jay struggles to get an erection, Annie suggests making a sex tape. In the year 2046, a research facility on Mars is suddenly attacked by an unknown assailant. Following a distress call sent by Dr. Todd Carmack, a group of marines, led by Asher "Sarge" Mahonin, is sent on a search-and-rescue mission. Mario and Luigi are two Italian American plumbers living in Brooklyn, New York, who are currently being driven out of business by the mafia-like Scapelli Construction Company led by Anthony Scapelli. Later, Luigi falls in love with an orphaned NYU student named Daisy, who is digging under the Brooklyn Bridge for dinosaur bones. After a date, Daisy takes Luigi back to the bridge only to witness one of Scapelli's men sabotaging it by leaving the water pipes open. Unable to fix the flooding, Luigi and Daisy rush back to his apartment where they inform Mario about the incident. The trio returns to the flooding where the Mario Bros. manage to fix it but are knocked unconscious by Iggy and Spike, who proceed to capture Daisy.
