In the film, a blue-collar technician and the events and promotion department director swap souls after a freak accident at a fictional government agency Work Allocation Singapore (WAS).
It was first released in Singapore on 15 February 2007 and Malaysia and Brunei on 22 March 2007.
Synopsis
Lim Teng Zui is a WAS technician who is a single father to a young girl named Xiao Mei. He is employed by the director of WAS' Events and Promotion department, the prideful Tanya Chew. Tanya stays in a condominium and has a single mother, a blogger whom she has neglected. Lim has drawn little salary, and strives hard to earn more so that he can buy Xiao Mei a piano and original abalone, whereas Tanya constantly tries to improve the terrible image of her department. Both workers are under employment of Alan Lui, the CEO of WAS.Actors

Jessie Montgomery (Ally Sheedy) is a spoiled rich girl whose hard partying life style and lack of self-respect as well as a lack of respect for others. In Monte Athena, in the Kingdom of Italy, young lovers Lysander (Dominic West) and Hermia (Anna Friel) are forbidden to marry by her father Egeus (Bernard Hill), who has promised Hermia to Demetrius (Christian Bale). Lysander and Hermia makes plans to flee to the forest to escape the arrangement. Vartan Malt (Bob Hoskins) is the editor of a tabloid called the National Mirror that specializes in unlikely stories about celebrities and frankly unbelievable tales about ordinary folkspersons. When Malt gets word that a woman is supposedly harboring an angel in a small town in Iowa, he figures that this might be up the Mirror's alley, so he sends out three people to get the story – Frank Quinlan (William Hurt), a reporter whose career has hit the skids; Huey Driscoll (Robert Pastorelli), a photographer on the verge of losing his job (even though he owns the Mirror's mascot Sparky the Wonder Dog); and Dorothy Winters (Andie MacDowell), a self-styled "angel expert" (actually a dog trainer hired by Malt to eventually replace Driscoll).
