Black Stallion film starts with Irumba John (Ashish Vidyarthi), a dreaded goon who terrorizes the town of Tirupur. Then there was a village in coastal area. Sivudu (Allari Naresh) belongs to lower caste and Katyayani (Sadha) is a chaste Brahmin. When the village head (also Sadha's strict barhmin father) played by Mantripragada Venkat Rao comes to know that they fell in love, he decides to hang them off because inter-caste love/marriage is a sin as per their village laws. Uma and Kaasi run away from Vizag city to coastal area and incidentally they land in a place where Kathyayani and Sivudu lived. The village men identify them. The rest of the film is all about how all ends well.

The story begins in a register office where Malavika (Nandana) waits for her lover Anand(Krishna) to come and register their marriage. Bobby (Jayasurya) who is really poor and can't speak, earns living by painting billboards for his boss (Cochin Haneefa) along with his friends, falls in love at first sight with Gopika, while painting. Gopika (Kavya Madhavan) is a really rich girl who can't hear or speak, lives with her dad (Saikumar) in a mansion with her interpreter (Kalpana). But Bobby with the help of his friends pretends he can speak and puts on a show in front of Gopika's interpreter (Kalpana) and tricked her into believing it. Gopika was told he could speak and lost her love. In the end she gets to know Bobby really can't speak and she and Bobby fall in love. But she is supposed to marry Shyam (Indrajith),a rich and modern young man, who she hates. Gopika's family are against her relationship with Bobby so they elope.
