Synopsis
Starting in Great Britain, Isabelle "Izzy" (Rebecca Rosso) and Annabelle "Annie" Woods (Camilla Rosso) are introduced as clever twin girls with a love for pink like their cousin, Elle Woods. They and their widowed father are moving to Southern California where they will be staying in Elle's home. Elle is now a successful Lobbyist. Awaiting the girls are a pair of chihuahua dogs, their giddiness is cut short when they find out they are going to attend Pacific Preparatory, Elle's alma mater, a private school requiring uniforms.Actors

Brittany Aarons (Danielle Panabaker) is one of the many girls who has a crush on popular singer and boy-toy Jordan Cahill (Taran Killam). However, she is bored of living a suburban existence and seeks a little something more. She meets the new girl Natasha Kwon-Schwartz (Brenda Song), who looks like an Upper East-sider from the City, except she's not. The film starts after the intro of the cast and crew when Kendall, James, Carlos, and Logan are on their plane ride to London, their first stop for their tour. It is also so happens that Gustavo, Kelly, Katie, and Mrs. Knight come with them aboard on the ride. Still on the plane for a long time, Carlos meanwhile has a dream about Big Time Rush being secret spy agents, saving the world from a white-coloured suit tuxedo guy, and also including rescuing a Princess from a Castle and a lot more things that Carlos dreams about. Carlos ends up waking up and explaining to Kendall, James, and Logan about his spy dream, and the boys don't seem to believe in the dream.

Hoops McCann (Cusack) is a recent high school graduate who failed to get a basketball scholarship, disappointing his parents. The story takes place in the fictional town of Greendale in "the state of Northern California" and centers on high schooler Lane Myer (John Cusack), whose two main interests are skiing and his girlfriend of six months, Beth (Amanda Wyss). At the start of the film, Beth dumps Lane for the captain of the ski team, Roy Stalin (Aaron Dozier). Scout Bozell has always dreamed of becoming a member of the safety patrol at his school, Rockridge Middle School. However, his clumsy, bumbling, hazardous nature prevents him from doing so. In one such instance shown at the film's beginning, while he picks up a banana peel on the ground and describing how hazardous is it, a kid trips over his backpack, causing his marbles to roll out and the kids to slip on them, one girl sending her lunchbox flying and it hits the principal on the head. As Scout swings his backpack to put the banana peel in the garbage, he knocks a kid off his bike, setting off a chain reaction that ends with a plastic squirrel the bike crashed into hitting a truck full of giant frozen tuna, which slide on the road and eat the last member of the safety patrol, "Joe Lobes" Lobenick, leaving him severely traumatized, and deleting the list of safety patrol until he recovers. The teachers try to convince Principal Tromp to put Scout on safety patrol, as he is the only one left on the list. Tromp agrees, but gets the school boundaries changed, transferring Scout to Laurelview Middle School.

As part of a deal Griffin made with Big Time Rush, they get to use his beach house in Malibu for a day when they get a gold record in any country, as they do. The boys invite almost everyone from the Palm Woods to the beach including Camille, Guitar Dude, the Jennifers and Buddha Bob as well as Jo who can't make it, because of some extra scenes she has to film for her series. Also Mrs. Knight goes after the boys with Katie when she figures out they didn't put sunblock on like she told them, while Gustavo and Kelly plan to destroy Big Time Rush's beach day since Gustavo's previous bands have become overly laid back by their life in beach and their career went downhill.
