Synopsis
Mumble est tireur d'élite au sein des forces spéciales de la police de Hong Kong, mais il est plus attiré par les jolies filles que par son travail, même s'il y excelle, ce qui n'est pas le cas de ses relations avec les femmes.Il finit par se faire virer pour ses excès. Forcé de trouver un nouveau boulot, son chemin croisera celui d'une jeune (et très jolie) femme poursuivie par la mafia. The plot follows Art Chew's (a pun of the sound one makes when sneezing) quest to retrieve the ancient peach. The movie starts with Art Chew traveling to America, as well as showing Art's training at the Shur-li temple (a play on words with the child actor Shirley Temple), showing many kung-fu clichés such as grabbing the pebble from the masters hand (which Art succeeds without effort), fighting on trees (in this case small potted palms) and "listing" for elements (Earth, Wind & Fire play a funky tune). After the montage is shown, Art meets up with his cousin Wayman (a parody on the way Chinese pronounce r as w), a Chinese adult who tries to act American so he isn't embarrassed by stereotypes, and foster cousin Roy Lee, an African American who sincerely believes he is a reincarnation of Bruce Lee.

The prologue opens with MPS officer Cheng (Carol Cheng) and her nephew Hsiao-Sheng (Alfred Cheung) riding on a coach (vehicle) to Hong Kong. They are depicted as deep-rooted communists and uncivilised people, singing My Motherland, smoking, spitting and using language profanity. Simultaneously, Superintendent Cheng (Lam Chung) briefs Chief Inspector Wu (Tony Leung Ka-Fai) about a criminal case - Wong Ti, aka Niu (Michael Chow), who admits smuggling drugs from the Golden Triangle to Hong Kong, seeks to escape PRC's capital punishment by helping Royal Hong Kong Police prosecute his boss, drug dealer Su Kuo-Jung (Sunny Fang Kang). That is why Cheng is on her way escorting Wong to Hong Kong. Cheng orders Wu to receive Wong and to show Cheng around. Reluctantly, Wu handles the case, and meets Cheng at a cross-border coach station and is shocked to realize that Wong is abused by Cheng and packed in a small bag for delivery. With an oxygen mask, the police manage to save Wong from coma.

Tom Chan, Dick Ching and his older cousin Hairy Mo live in the same tenement building but each of their love life is different. Nasik-based Heerendra Dhaan (Ajay Devgan) and Raj Ranade (Prashant Raj Sachdev) are bodyguards of a politician but, after their employer is implicated in a scam, they end up assaulting a police officer and flee to Mumbai.
