Synopsis
Todd and Terry are twins. They are blonde, cute, bright and identical in every respect, with one exception. One of them is a murderer. This starts one night at a drive-in theater when a teenager was slaughtered in the back seat of his car while his girlfriend watched. Todd is found guilty for the heinous crime and is locked away in an asylum.Actors

The film begins with a shot of Victor Ajax (Reed Birney), who has been sentenced to death, sitting in an electric chair. The film then flashes back to show that Victor once was a promising young technician in the employ of Trend-Odegard Security. Mr. Trend (Edward R. Pressman), co-owner of the company, has learned of a plan by his partner to sell the company to Renaldo "The Heel" (Bruce Campbell) and responds by hiring two exterminators who promise to "kill all sizes" (Brion James and Paul Smith) in order to eliminate Odegard and his plan. When Victor, who has been installing security cameras in Trend's apartment building, seems about to go back to the store, Trend distracts him with a lecture about "the grand design" and sends Victor on a quest to find his dream girl.

Car thief Dick Kanipsia gets a parole from a penitentiary. He intends to go straight, but first he goes directly to see an old friend, Harry Moss, only to be shocked to see Harry get shot. Bill Chrushank (Jeff Fahey) is a psychologist working with convicted killers at a prison in addition to teaching classes at a university. Ray, a convict who murdered his cellmate recently, tells Bill he can’t do anything to fix him. At home, Bill wonders to his wife (Kim Delaney) if this is true. He wants to be able to fix someone like Ray but in all his research and studies has never seen proof it’s possible. The next day, while driving to work, Bill gets in a horrific car accident where he loses his arm. At the hospital, Dr. Agatha Webb (Lindsay Duncan) convinces Bill’s wife to sign off on an experimental transplant surgery to give him a new arm from a donor they have waiting. Heavily drugged, Bill is wheeled into the operating room where he groggily notes several armed cops in hospital scrubs. The cops leave as soon as Dr. Webb removes the unknown donor’s head from his body at a nearby operating table. Bill awakens from the surgery and struggles to rehabilitate his new arm, which is covered in gruesome scars. One day, while struggling to lift a tiny weight, his arm makes a violent unexpected move upward. After this happens Bill makes a swift recovery and is released from the hospital. After some initial awkwardness between his wife with the new arm, he pleasures her with it and they make love. Just when it seems things are back to normal, Bill starts seeing flashes of horrible acts of murder (as if he is committing them). Next, he loses control of his new arm and cuts his face while shaving. Then at the prison, Ray freaks out seeing that Bill has the same tattoo on his wrist, which is only given to inmates on death row. Bill has a police friend scan his new fingerprints and is shocked to discover the arm came from convicted serial killer Charley Fletcher (John Walsh), who had murdered 20 people.

The film opens with T.P (Tony Fish), one of the senior counselors at a camp, is telling a scary story around a campfire to the young campers and the other counselors - who consist of Betsy (Gaylen Ross), Ellie (Jan Claire), Dave (Seth Jones), Stacy (Harriet Bass), Bill (Alexander Murphy Jr.), and Max (Carl Fredericks); the late middle-aged head counselor. After T.P. finishes his story, Max begins to tell of a man named Madman Marz, who killed his whole family with an axe was convicted by being hung for his crimes, only to break free and disappear into the woods. Max continues by saying that anyone who says his name will awaken him and cause him to track and kill that person. Richie (Jimmy Steele), a cocky teenager, stands up and screams Marz's name, smashing a rock into his old house. Max, annoyed at Richie, ends the campfire and sends everyone to their cabins, while he goes into town to retrieve supplies. Richie notices Madman Marz up in a tree, and follows him to his house, where he investigates. As Max and Dave try to retrieve a felling axe that is stuck into a log, everyone heads inside their cabins. Chef Dippy (Michael Sulliva) is killed by Marz outside.

The film begins with a young teen girl screaming, only to reveal that she is a student at a frat party. While at the party, the camera cuts to Peter, who is the president of Alpha Sigma Rho. He decides that four new pledges should have an initiation. He decides that the group of youths: bookish Marti, brawn Jeff, partying Denise, and surfer Seth, should spend the night in the supposedly "haunted" estate, Garth Manor, where there was a murder twelve years ago prior to the present events. Peter began telling the story about the previous events that took place twelve years earlier as he leads them to the estate. The house's former owner, Raymonde Garth, who dismembered his family in the parlor strangled & killed his wife to death & kills his four deformed children: Margeret, Morris, & Suzanne, in seemingly violent ways, before finally hanging himself. However, the youngest child, Andrew Garth, dead or alive, was never found and is rumored to have seen the murders and fled the scene. Rumor has it that the deformed Andrew might still be living inside Garth Manor and his remains are left hidden as a deformed monster.

Eight years after the events of Child's Play 2, The Play Pals (Good Guys) has recovered from bad publicity arising from Chucky's (Brad Dourif) murder spree. The company releases a new line of Good Guy dolls and recycles Chucky's remains. However, the soul of serial killer Charles Lee Ray still inhabits the remains, and Chucky is soon revived. Chucky is unwittingly given to Play Pals' CEO Mr. Sullivan, whom Chucky tortures and kills using various instruments. He then uses computer records to relocate Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin).
