Oru Naal Innoru Naal is a 1985 Indian Malayalam film, directed by TS Suresh Babu and produced by Sreevigneswara Filims. The film stars Prem Nazir, Sukumari, Shobhana and Nedumudi Venu in lead roles. The film had musical score by MG Radhakrishnan.

Nanda (Revathi) is in love with a successful architect Narendaran (Mohan Lal), both of whom are living in Bangalore. They get engaged and are all set to marry when tragedy strikes. While they are talking on top of a construction building, Narendran accidentally slips and falls down, dying instantly. Depressed Nanda escorts Narendran's corpse to his homeland in Kerala. To her surprise she sees Narendran's twin brother Krishnan Unni (Mohan Lal), who looks exactly like Narendran. She thinks Narendran is not dead and everyone is trying to fool her. Narendran's parents want Nanda to marry Unni but he is already in love with Bhadra (Shobana). Bhadra tries to commit suicide and this shakes Nanda, Bhadra's dear friend, and Unni. Not wanting to be a burden on anyone and truly missing Narendran, Nanda commits suicide. Narendran's ghost, moments before Nanda's suicide, tells Unni that he is going to take Nanda with him to heaven since he really needs her, even in death. Unni is unsure if he just had an illusion, but to the viewers, it shown that Narendran's ghost was present and actually talking to Unni.

Premachandran(Sathyan)is the elder son of Master(Thikkurissy Sukumaran Nair).Nirmala(Ambika)is his fiancée.Premachandran who is working in a factory at Coimbatore comes home after a long time for their marriage.Prabhakaran(Prem Nazir) is Premachandran's younger brother who is in love with Vasanthy.After marriage Premachandran returns to work leaving Nirmala at his home.Nirmala takes good care of her father-in-law and brother-in-law and gains their love.Meanwhile Premachandran meets with an accident at work and dies.This shocks the whole family.Gopi,Prabhakarans's colleague who is a womanizer develops a love interest towards Nirmala and propose her.But she denies.Prabhakaran's love and respect towards Nirmala is misunderstood by his father.Nirmala with broken heart leaves home and joins her sister Susheela and husband Viswanathan.Prabhakaran who refused to marry, gets married at the request of Nirmala.Prabhakaran gets uneasy with his wife's lazy attitude and he begins to complaint compare each and everything with Nirmala.This creats problem in his marriage life.Viswanathan approaches Nirmala with wrong intention but fails.He tells Susheela that Nirmala tried to entice him.Susheela ask Nirmala to leave the house.She comes back to her husband's home.There she overhears the fight between Prabhakaran and Vasanthy.Knowing that her presence creats problem in everyones life she leaves home.Master and Prabhakaran follows her but they finds Nirmala in a disturbed mental state.Soon Nirmala dies.

The story revolves around Manikyan (Mohanlal), Sreekrishnan(Nedumudi Venu) and Karthumbi (Shobana) and the love triangle between them. Manikyan works for Sreekrishnan and Sreekrishnan sees him like a brother. Once when they both are returning from a Mela after shopping, Sreekrishnan sees Karthumbi and gets attracted. But then a fight erupts there and they all have to flee. Sreekrishnan flees alone while Manikyan has to take Karthumbi with him. At night, he flees in the opposite direction and so loses his way. Karthumbi knows the way back but she pretends as if she does not know it and enjoys the fun. Manikyan has to struggle to get out of that place. During that time they fall in love.
