Oru Vasantha Geetham is a Tamil film released in 1994 directed and produced by T. Rajendar. Mr t rajendar investigative , in which Roja is the lead female singer. Roja works in a finance firm, and has a big family of three sisters, a brother, a father (who is an alcoholic) and a mother to support. Murali her office colleague loves Roja, and makes his intention clear in every opportunity that he gets. But Roja has no time for him. T. Rajendar has a sister, Swati who is married to a corrupt cop (Karan). The cop, furious about Rajender exposing him in his newspaper, harasses the sister, egged on by his avaricious mother and sister. The burden of taking care of the family becomes a little too much for Roja. Finally T. Rajendar, against all odds advises Roja to accept Murali's love.

Simbhu is elected college chairman after he beats Charmi, the daughter of Ravishankar(Radharavi), a minister. Predictably, the two soon fall for each other though they never directly reveal it. But when Ravishankar comes to know of the love affair, he is staunchly against it, and is willing to go any distance to make sure that it never succeeds. At home, Simbu's father(Prakashraj) mentally tortures his wife(Seetha) since he suspects her of having an affair with her ex-lover. Outside home, Simbhu is helped by Vakil Dada (T.Rajendar), a lawyer who makes sure justice is served, whatever the means.
