Paid in Full is a lost 1919 silent film drama starring Pauline Frederick and directed by Emile Chautard. It was produced by Famous Players-Lasky and released by Paramount Pictures. The film is based on a hit 1908 Broadway stage play, Paid in Full, by Eugene Walter and starred Lillian Albertson. Two previous silent films appeared in 1910 as a short and in 1914 as a feature.

As described in a film magazine, Sylvia Martin's (Frederick) past is that of despair. Turned out of an unhappy home, she becomes the wife of a handsome and manly type of crook. However, before the marriage can be consummated, he kills himself to avoid arrest. Sylvia is put on trial for murder and acquitted, but her name is recorded in a police index that falls into the hands of Hugo Declasse (Mack), an astute agent of the Bolsheviki. He pursues the wife, but she is also compelled to lend herself to the schemes of a secret service officer. She through her cleverness obtains documents held in the rooms of Declasse. In the end, she is returned to the arms of a forgiving and adoring husband.

Letty Shell, une fille de modeste condition, aspire à trouver un riche époux qui la ferait s'élever socialement. Quand elle rencontre Nevill Letchmore, elle concentre toutes ses cartes sur lui. Cela prendra un certain temps à Letty pour se rendre compte que ses valeurs sont dépourvues de probité. Après un incident qui irrite Letchmere, mais révèle son mépris d'une classe sociale inférieure, elle finit par comprendre qu'elle ferait mieux d'épouser un homme qu'elle aime vraiment. C'est ainsi qu'elle se tournera vers Richard Perry, un jeune photographe désargenté, qui devra travailler dur pour s'en sortir, mais finalement aidé par la fortune d'un oncle riche.

Based upon a review in a film publication, the plot contrasts the corrupt gay life of the city with the dignity and wholesome life of people in the country. When Mary Horton (Brady) goes to the city seeking work but fails to find it, she is befriended by a woman of questionable reputation. The friends of this woman are the sinners of the film and when word of Mary's association with them reaches home, there are some false accusations made against Mary. After Mary returns to her home, her city friends come to visit, leading to some dramatic situations.
