Panga Nibi Na Sala (or sometimes Panga Nibi Na Shala) is a 2013 Bengali film directed by Prince and presented by Dr. Shaktidhar Mukherjee under the banner of S.P. Series. The film stars actors Arko and Neha in the lead roles.

Synopsis

The story of the film revolves around a goon, Kali, who terrorizes the residents of a locality and is hand on hand with the Officer in Charge of the local police station- pritam , who fully ignores all his activities. He carries out all illegal activities and goes around killing people with impunity. Anyone who messes with Kali is murdered. Rohit’s younger sister is killed by Kali's goons when she witnesses a murder. His father is later arrested on false charges and is later killed by the Officer in Charge-pritam . His mother protested at this and even she was killed afterwards by o.c-pritam at their residence . All this transforms Rohit in to a different person. In pursuit of his revenge, he starts killing everyone who has directly or indirectly harmed the family.

Mrs. Binodini Roy, a renowned industrialist, wants to marry off her elder daughter Rupa to her business partner’s son. Rupa is against the marriage and hence she escapes from her house with the help of her father. On the way to one of her uncle’s house, a cabbie tries to rob her belongings. Misti Cheler Dustu Buddhi is actually about three thieves, Kalicharan and his two sidekicks, Puti and Baka who decide to rob and go back to their old tricks after Kalicharan is released from jail. They decide to rob the occupants of the Mitra household: an elderly man, Pradosh Mitra, his two sons and their families. They decide to carry out the robbery at a time when the house will have no occupants according to information received by them. Accordingly they act. But they couldn't be successful because, unknown to them, Pradosh and one of his grandsons, 7 year old Som have decided to stay back and create havoc for them. All their efforts to rob the house are in vain as little Som turns out to be more than a handful for all of them.

The film starts with the murder of an honest industrialist, Jayabrata Chakraborty (Rajat Ganguly), as the result of a terrible plan made by three criminals - Ranabir Hazra (Shyamal Dutta), Binod Pandey (Shankar Chakraborty), and Manmohan Sawant (Raja Chattopadhyay). Formerly, Jayabrata was a close friend of Ranabir Hazra. Their relationship was strengthened by an unassailable companionship. Apart from that, Jayabrata’s wife (Irani Mukherjee) shared an extremely sympathetic relationship with Ranabir’s wife, Jui (Santana Bose). However, the harmony between the two families got spoiled as the greedy and cruel thoughts of Ranabir Hazra came to the forefront, with fumes of retaliation harboured by Jui against her own husband. Jui had thought of a deadly mission of avenging her husband. As a demonstration of her canny strategy, Jui deploys her own son, Rana (Ferdous Ahmed) along with Jayabrata’s son, Raja (Sanjay Banerjee) in the ferocious dynamic encounter against her own husband Ranabir. Emboldened by the momentum of Jui, Rana initiated the courageous campaign of exercising penal measures against the three conspirers - Ranabir, Binod and Manmohan.
