Prema Ishq Kaadhal is a 2013 Telugu romantic-comedy film directed by Pavan Sadineni. The film was produced by Bekkam Venugopal of Lucky Media. The cinematography was handled by Karthik Gattamneni, who is famous for cinematography and direction of short films from the studio Pondfreaks Entertainment. Actors Harshavardhan, Vishnu and Harish, and three girls, Vithika Sheru, Srimukhi and Ritu Varma, play three romantic pairs. The film is highly appreciated by the critics and has proven to be a successful film.

Sadhu Bhai (Kelly Dorji) is a notorious mafia leader who escaped India after various terrorist attacks and conquered the underworld of the entire southeast Asia, and no one dares to challenge Sadhu Bhai. Baadshah (N. T. Rama Rao Jr.) enters the underworld for his father (Mukesh Rishi). Subramanyam (Nani), called by everybody as Subbu, is a materialistic IIM graduate who is very ambitious. He works for Pasupathi (Nassar), who aims to buy his rival Ramaiah's(Krishnam Raju) Company but fails at it. Rishi is a true artist of life, who lives and never thinks about living. The same day they encounter a free-spirited girl Anandi (Malavika Nair) in a pub. Rishi reveals his dream is to travel with Subbu to Doodh Kashi, a holy lake in the Himalayas.

There was a bomb blast in a beach at Chennai before. Anaamika, (Nayantara) an IT professional, comes to Hyderabad in search of her husband. As soon as she arrives in Hyderabad, she goes to the police station and waits to give a complaint. The police officers could not understand her language, and she couldn't theirs. One policeman in the station named Sarathy, (Vaibhav Reddy), decides to help her realizing that she spoke Tamil, as he was a Tamilian as well; and the search for her husband begins. She manages to get into the lodge where her husband was apparently staying and she enquires the manager.

Her mother died after giving birth at the age of 24, her older brother died of bangungot at age 21, her maternal aunt disappeared during Martial Law at 23, her grandmother died during World War II at age 20, her great grandmother is said that she died of drowning at age 18, her greatest grandmother died of malaria at age 22, he ancestor was devoured by a dinosaur at age 19. Bong is aware that Winona is turning 25 soon and this letter might just confirm that curse. He opens the letter and sees the result. It is positive. Winona has lupus and she will die soon. Bong vows to make Winona’s last remaining days happy and perfect. Bong goes through the whole montage of making life blissful for Winona. Winona and Bong become a lot closer to each other. They begin to fall in love. When Winona turned 25, she didn’t die. She found the letter sent by the hospital. She discovers then that her results were all negative. Bong finds out about the good news, he is thrilled.
