Synopsis
The film is about Ravi Chandra (Venkatesh), the film's hero and Sagara Kanya (Shilpa Shetty), a mermaid. Malashree plays Ganga, Ravi's cousin who loves him. They stay with some comedians in a house near the seashore. Kaikala Satyanarayana, the villain of the film, tries to acquire a ship which drowned with a lot of treasure on board.Actors

Ramu (Venkatesh) leads a carefree life, living along with his widowed mother in a village. He was in love with Usha (Rambha), daughter of Dharmaiah (Gollapudi Maruti Rao), village president. He often involves in petty quarrels with Bujjulu (Ali), son of Kobbarikayala Subbaiah who happens to be brother-in-law of Dharmaiah. Subbaiah was a land lord and a moneylender who often torments villagers for money and domination. He wants to marry Usha to his son to ensure power over entire village. But Ramu always comes in between and he decides to get rid of him by involving him in a thievery case. But Ramu manages to prove the truth and sends Subbaiah to jail.

Raja (Venkatesh) an uneducated intelligent guy works as a daily labor. Priyanka (Swetha) daughter of Sudarshan Rao (Satyanarayana) a multimillionaire has a lot of arrogance and ego. Venkateswarlu (Venkatesh) arrive at the town and gets appointed as a Telugu lecturer in the junior college where he completed his education. He is fooled by the students headed by a brilliant but mischievous student Roja (Aparna). Venteswarulu is irritated by her indiscipline and finds fault for whatever she does. But this does not stop Roja to crack pranks on him. Thukaram (Brahmanandam) classmate of Venkateswarlu who is still studying as a student for so long years and some other students create a fake love letter on the name of Roja and keeps it in Venkateswarlu's desk. Venkateswarlu misunderstands that, it is also one of the pranks of Roja and warns her and gives the letter to her. But Roja considers that he wrote the love letter and falls in love with him. Roja's classmates repeat the mischief again and again and Venkateswarlu misunderstands it as Roja's mischief and complaints to Principal (Kota Srinivasa Rao) because of which Roja is suspended without any chance to defend herself.

Chiranjeevi plays the dual roles of a Mumbai-based auto driver, Johnny, and an industrialist, Kalyan, who because he was interfering with the plans of the villains, led by Kota Srinivasa Rao, is first temporarily replaced by Johnny, and then framed for the murder of Kalyan's trusted employee, J.
