The production makes spoofs of several successful Spanish horror/drama films in the box like Los Otros, El Orfanato, Alatriste, Abre los ojos, Los lunes al sol, Volver, Mar Adentro, El laberinto del fauno and REC. It features a cameo from Leslie Nielsen.
The production started on 23 February 2009 in Barcelona and was released in cinemas on 4 December of that year.
Synopsis
Ramira (Alexandra Jiménez) works in Laura's house (Silvia Abril) as maid and nanny of her kids: Simeón and Ofendia (Óscar Lara & Laia Alda). Unfortunately, Ramira kills the child because he saw the sun despite suffering from photodermatitis. The woman tries to hide and lies to the mother about the death of her son.Actors

In 71 BC in Rome, utter disorder reigns in the form of political corruption and bribery involving the senator Cynic (Leslie Nielsen). The situation is claimed to be similar to the "Tangentopoli" situation in Italy in the 1990s: one of the politicians involved was Bettino Craxi. Senator Caesar Atticus (Christian De Sica) is one of many to support the cruel and petty projects of Cynic, but the pair's reign does not last long, as the city sees the arrival of the prefect of Mediolanum (Milan) Antonio Servilio (Massimo Boldi). These claims that the law is deeply respected by everyone, and being part of the party of "Padania" (Northern Italy), considered as a real League's most political of Rome real arrant thieves. Caesar strives to break free from the hassles of Antonio, who initially proves to be a fiasco as an administrator of justice in the corrupt city of Rome. He even considers killing him, but does not dare to do so because in the end even if it deceives the people is good hearted. Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) has retired from Police Squad and lives a basically happy life with his wife, Jane Spencer-Drebin (Priscilla Presley). It remains "basically happy" because police work has been Frank's meaning of life, and he feels unhappy about not being able to legally take on criminals anymore. Additionally, Jane tries to push him into siring a child, but Frank does not have the courage to go through this yet. It comes as a blessing to him when his old friends Ed Hocken (George Kennedy) and Nordberg (O.J. Simpson) come by and ask for his help in an investigation. The Police Squad has caught wind that a well-known bomber named Rocco Dillon (Fred Ward), who is currently incarcerated, has been hired by a terrorist (Papshmir, known from the first movie) to conduct a major terrorist act against the United States. An important contact, Tanya Peters (Anna Nicole Smith), Rocco's girlfriend, proves to be a dead end, so Drebin is asked to join Dillon undercover in prison, befriend him, and then leak details of the plan to his colleagues. However, the first part of the mission – by pure accident – proves to be extremely taxing; Jane becomes frustrated both at Frank's sudden unwillingness to engage in his marital duties and the suspicion that he is doing police work again, and storms out of the house.
