The film stars Daniel Benzali, Lori Loughlin, and Louis Mandylor and co-stars Walter Emanuel Jones. It was filmed in 1999 but was not released until 2001, and has never been released in the United States, although region one DVD formats are available in Australia and distributed by Creative Light Entertainment. The film is a cult-classic and is especially popular with those in the automobile retail sales trade. Due to this the film ranks in the top 250 selling DVDs at CD Universe and is also very often sold on eBay.
The film's opening scene, a semi-accurate portrayal of a Saturday morning meeting led by Reggie (Benzali) is especially popular and runs in the vein of other famous sales meetings such as Alec Baldwin's scene in Glengarry Glen Ross and Ben Afleck's scene in Boiler Room. During the scene Reggie both preaches to his sales staff and is shown selling a vehicle to a "sucker" customer.
Synopsis
Bobby DeLuca, (Mandylor) who is a general good guy who finds himself in a lot of trouble with some loan sharks, is being pressured by his wife, Donna (Loughlin) to find a job. Desperate for fast money, he reluctantly becomes a salesman at South Side Cars, where Donna works in the office.Actors

An explosive situation erupts when a mob war thrusts a yakuza, an ex-cop, and his adolescent daughter into a deadly, no-win situation. Booted in disgrace from the L.A. police force Bob Malone suffers a seemingly endless unlucky streak. Matters don't improve when a robbery led by a crazed criminal transpires at the bank where Malone is filling out foreclosure papers. Witnessing the crime, something inside Malone snaps and he single-handedly wipes out most of the robber gang. Unfortunately, the ringleader escapes and Malone ends up jailed by his corrupt former colleague Lt. Tony Dussecq. At the same time, two Japanese yakuza arrive in L.A. to deliver a special message to L.A.'s most prominent Mafia don. The yakuza are in a restaurant when the bank robber (wearing a vest covered with explosives) bursts in and threatens to blow the place up. One of the Japanese, Koji, intervenes in an explosive sequence. He too ends up at the police station just as Malone's feisty teen daughter Chelsea arrives with bail money. The yakuza suddenly escapes, taking Chelsea and Malone with him as hostages. Now pursued by the crooked coppers and the mob, the unlikely threesome have no choice but to team up to survive.

Willard (Norm Macdonald) is an overworked, underpaid chauffeur who works for a mean-spirited pie heiress named Mrs. Crock (Elaine Stritch), just as his father did before him. All Willard wants for Christmas is a new uniform, as the one he currently wears is the one his father was buried in, but Crock gives him a cheap pair of cuff links and a pie instead, while lavishing expensive gifts on her business partner Chip Oswald (Sherman Hemsley) and her prized dog Muffin. Finally fed up with being mistreated, Willard and his best friend, local chicken restaurant owner Rusty (Dave Chappelle), concoct a scheme to kidnap the dog and hold it for a $1,000,000 ransom. Muffin attacks him, leaving a great deal of destruction and Willard's blood at the scene, and the plan fails when the dog later escapes.
