The movie closely follows the manga series Sukeban Deka which was written and illustrated by Shinji Wada. The movie also stars the only returning actresses, Yui Asaka, who was the same actress for the TV series. Being a sequel to Sukeban Deka The Movie, the movie is followed by a third movie, entitled Yo-Yo Girl Cop in the year 2006.
Synopsis
Kuraudo Sekin is a corrupt politician who fights juvenile crime in harsh manners. However, when Sekin's ways become too harsh, Yui Kazama quits the bureau and refuses to undertake undercover missions for them. It is soon discovered that Sekin’s actual goal is to overthrow the Japanese government, and the Kazama sisters have to stop him.Actors

In 1992, journalist Kenichiro Terasawa (Kosuke Toyohara) is writing a book about Godzilla and learns about a group of Japanese soldiers stationed on Lagos Island in the South Pacific during World War II. They were unintentionally saved from a group of American soldiers by a mysterious dinosaur known as "Godzillasaurus" in February 1944. In 1954, the island was destroyed by a hydrogen bomb test and the radiation from the bomb mutated the dinosaur into Godzilla.

The story follows Princess Shizu (Hiroko Yakushimaru), her family slain and on the run from her enemies. Over the ruins of Angkor Wat in Cambodia we see the airplane Victoria Mason, aviatrix, flying around the globe. But her actual destination is the kingdom of Tong Moi in French Indochina. Already in Tong Moi, Mr. Moto is posing as an archeologist, and newsreel cameramen Marty Weston and Chick Davis are traveling up the river. Once she is overhead, Mason lights a flare and bails out of her smoking plane which crashes nearby. Rescued by Moto, Mason goes into the village with Bokor the head priest of Shiva. As Weston and Davis arrive at the crash site, Moto has discovered the flare that “caused” the accident.

Alex masterminds an ambitious plan to steal millions of untraceable cash that is stacked in the underground vaults of the London Exchange Bank, waiting for its last journey, incineration.
