Take a Deep Breath (Serbian: Диши дубоко, Diši duboko) is a 2004 Serbian film, directed by Dragan Marinković and written by Hajdana Baletić. This drama was promoted as the "first Serbian LGBT feature film", even though the writer herself stresses that it is more about the generation gap in the modern family. The premiere was held on November 8, 2004 in Belgrade's Sava Center.
Synopsis
The movie starts at a family dinner where Saša (Ana Franić), a discontent Belgrade Law School student who is still living with her parents, informs them about her decision to follow her boyfriend Stefan (Branislav Tomašević) to Canada since he had already accepted a job offer to coach water polo there. The parents who thought the young couple were about to announce their intention to get married can hardly hide their shock and disappointment at the unexpected turn of events. Saša's father Miloš (Bogdan Diklić), a conservative judge, is particularly not happy with the fact that she's leaving her studies. Saša also tells them that she's moving in with Stefan right away, even before her visa application is processed. The young couple then leaves the dinner in a bit of a huff.Actors

Rebekka Claudia and Sofie are 15 years old and in high school. In class, they learn how different cultures mark the transition from childhood to adulthood. Deciding that confirmation is meaningless, they decide to create their own rite of passage, which involves choosing at random a dare from a cootie catcher. En mars 1994, c'est la semaine de la mode de Paris, avec le grand et le petit mondes qui gravitent autour. Divided over six chapters, "Grandma" tells the story of Elle, a lesbian poet coping with the recent death of her long-term life partner. She ends a four-month relationship with a younger admirer, Olivia, before receiving a visit from her 18-year-old granddaughter Sage, who is pregnant and requests $630 for an abortion. As Elle is broke and Sage has had her credit card confiscated by her overbearing mother, the two embark on a road trip to come to terms with their troubles. They visit the father of the child, who is unable to come up with much money. They then visit Elle's ex-husband Karl, who Elle has not seen in years. Elle tells him she needs to borrow the money for rent, and he requests a kiss in return. The plot concerns two feminist groups in New York City, each voicing their concerns to the public by pirate radio. One group, led by an outspoken white lesbian, Isabel (Adele Bertei), operates "Radio Ragazza". The other group, led by a soft-spoken African-American, Honey (Honey), operates "Phoenix Radio". The local community is stimulated into action after a world-traveling political activist, Adelaide Norris (Jean Satterfield), is arrested upon arriving at a New York City airport, and suspiciously dies while in police custody. Also, there is a Women's Army led by Hilary Hurst (Hilary Hurst) and advised by Zella (Flo Kennedy) that initially both Honey and Isabel refuse to join. This group, along with Norris and the radio stations, are under investigation by a callous FBI agent (Ron Vawter). Their progress is tracked by three editors(Becky Johnston, Pat Murphy, Kathryn Bigelow) for a socialist newspaper run by screenwriter Ed Bowes, who go so far they get fired.

Adèle is an introverted 15-year-old high-school student whose classmates gossip constantly about boys. While crossing the street one day, she passes by a woman with short blue hair and is instantly attracted. She dates a boy at her school for a short while and they have sex, but she is ultimately dissatisfied and breaks off their relationship. After having vivid fantasies about the woman she saw on the street and having one of her female friends behave flirtatiously towards her, she becomes troubled about her sexual identity. One friend, the openly gay Valentin, seems to understand her confusion and takes her to a gay dance bar. After some time, Adèle leaves and walks into a lesbian bar, where she experiences assertive advances from some of the women. The blue haired woman is also there and intervenes, claiming Adèle is her cousin to those pursuing Adèle. The woman is Emma, a graduating art student. They become friends and begin to spend more time with each other. Adèle's friends suspect her of being a lesbian and ostracise her at school. Despite the backlash, she becomes very close to Emma. Their bond increases and before long, the two share a kiss at a picnic. They later have sex and begin a passionate relationship. Emma's artsy family is very welcoming to the couple, but Adèle tells her conservative, working-class parents that Emma is just a tutor for philosophy class.

En 1929, Emma est devenue l'une des banquières les plus appréciées de Paris. Mais sa fulgurante réussite lui attire entre autres l'antipathie du puissant banquier Horace Vannister, qui est une réplique du banquier Horace Finaly ; celui-ci intervient auprès du Président du Conseil Préfailles, qui est une réplique de Raymond Poincaré, pour faire interdire les activités d'Emma Eckhert, qui est une réplique de Marthe Hanau et la poursuivre en justice. Celle-ci finit par être assassinée au cours d'un meeting où elle expliquait aux épargnants qui lui avaient fait confiance, comment elle allait les rembourser.

Joe (Veronica Kedar) is a drug dealer who was born in New York but lives in Israel. She travels from Bangkok to Tel Aviv smuggling drugs. Joe delivers the drugs to Abigail (Romi Aboulafia) who tells her to meet at the club 'Dark Eighties' later that night in order to sell the drugs. Belle (Sivan Levy) a patient staying at Tel Aviv Psychiatric Hospital is released into the care of her mother (Florence Bloch), yet after learning that her parents got rid of her pet 'Fred' she runs away. She climbs onto the roof of a building and strips off her clothes to commit suicide. Before jumping she notices an open window and decides to go inside. After getting close to the window she finds it is in fact closed but she smashes it and goes inside anyway.
