Synopsis

A provincial region named Karayur, in 60s... Families of Nallasivam (S. V. Subbaiah) and Murugan (M.G. Ramachandran) are neighbours for generations. Nallasivam is nurturing his wish to give his daughter Valli (B. Saroja Devi) in marriage to Murugan (MGR).
