Synopsis
Le jeune Fang décide de partir en Corée du Sud pour y apprendre de nouvelles techniques d'arts martiaux. A Séoul, il rencontre Sheng et Nan Kung, deux experts en Taekwondo. Nan Kung est la coqueluche de ses dames. A l'université, il fait sensation à chaque nouveau championnat. Mais son cœur bât pour Ming-hei, la fille de Sheng. Entre Fang et Nan Kung, une rivalité s'installe. Face aux menaces des frères Yuen qui mettent à sac toutes les écoles de Taekwondo, les deux rivaux décident d'unifier leurs forces pour les mettre hors d'état de nuireActors

In New Orleans, a homeless veteran named Douglas Binder is the target of a hunt. He is given a belt containing $10,000 and told that he must reach the other side of town where he would then win the money and his life. Husker, is sent to the Shaolin Temple by the Iron Fisted Monk (Chen Sing), after he saves Sammo from a beating by the Manchu's. After being trained by his master (James Tien) he runs away from the temple, only to be confronted by his master and forced to take the four tests. Whilst this is happening, Fung Hark-On is indulging in his passion for raping women, and is virtually above the law as he is a powerful Manchu officer. He begins by raping Liang's (Chu Ching) sister, who then commits suicide and makes Liang a very angry man. Liang takes his revenge by killing one of those pesky Manchus but everyone thinks Sammo is responsible.

Following the death of a triad leader, there is conflict within the Hong Kong organised crime syndicate as various possible leaders vie for power. David Chiang attempts to bring the traitor in the midst of his own group to justice following a taped conversation of traitor admitting his crimes, but who cannot be found, while Danny Lee, the elected leader of the triad has his family attacked as he fights unknown enemies to bring the organisation back under control. Their actions are hindered by Chow Sing Chi who is attempting to build up anger between the two completing triads of Hong Kong. The film is brought to a bloody conclusion as the traitor leader of the group storms the triad safe house in a desperate attempt to gain control over the group, but is met by heavy resistance.
