The Motorist Bride (German:Die Motorbraut) is a 1925 German silent romance film directed by Richard Eichberg and starring Hans Mierendorff, Lee Parry and Ernst Hofmann. The film is notable for the use of Lilian Harvey as a stunt double for Parry during the mountaineering scenes shot in Switzerland. Harvey quickly graduated to become the top star of Richard Eichberg's production company.

It premiered in Berlin on 22 January 1925. The film's art direction is by Jacek Rotmil.

During World War I, young Ellen Lange runs away from her boarding school in Hamburg, because she cannot stand its strict rules any longer, and escapes to her brother Rolf, who lives in Kiel. Rolf, a vice-helmsman by profession, is not too enthusiastic about Ellen's arrival, because he has to go to England in secret orders. So he tries to convince her to go back to her boarding school, and when they both separate at the station, he is convinced that she will do so. But Ellen is unwilling to give up her new freedom again, so she takes another train to Berlin instead. During the journey, she meets a young girl that promises to help her find a job in Berlin. She also provides Ellen with the address of "Aunt Jenny", a dubios lady that finally gets her a job in a music store. After her three months of probation, Mr. Hansen, her boss, orders Ellen to bring a precious violin to Copenhagen. He also provides her with a false passport, as Ellen does not have any identity papers.

Après avoir commis un meurtre envers sa fiancée, Gloria, le célèbre peintre Jack est contraint de se retirer. Dans le quartier du port, il sauve la pauvre Malaisienne Song de deux marins importuns. Elle tombe amoureuse de Jack, et ensemble Song et Jack apparaissent dans un cabaret du port, il est un lanceur de couteaux, elle danseuse. Quand le directeur a un œil sur Song et aussi Gloria, Jack devient de nouveau fou. Afin de recueillir des fonds pour Gloria et de la récupérer, Jack s'implique dans le projet d'un braquage d'un convoi d'argent. Le braquage échoue, les yeux de Jack sont blessés. Song essaie d'obtenir de l'argent de Gloria pour payer une chirurgie oculaire pour Jack. Gloria rejette Song. Song trompe Jack aveuglé en portant les vêtements de Gloria et lui faire croire à son soutien. Pour amasser des fonds pour l'opération, elle commence même à voler. Jack découvre tout et Song, qui est maintenant la sensation de la ville en tant que danseuse, meurt lors d'un numéro des couteaux qui s'est mal passé.
