Add to a movie listThe Worst of Faces of Death is a direct-to-video compilation of highlights from the first three Faces of Death films. The parachutist landing in the alligator pit, as well as the slaughterhouse footage, the shootout in front of the pharmacy and monkey brain eating sequence are lifted whole from the earlier films. In between there are brief introductory scenes featuring James B. Schwartz as "Dr. Louis Flellis".
Flellis explains that his friend and mentor Dr Francis B. Gröss died while Flellis himself was performing a routine operation on him, although it remains unclear why. In reality, actor Michael Carr did not return to portray Gröss again for reasons unknown.
This film was titled The Best of Gesichter des Todes 1-3 (The Best of Faces of Death 1-3) for its release in Germany.

Moon Siu is a horror story writer who got refractive surgery the day before her wedding. That night she stays at an unfurnished house in the suburb with her sister Yan. "Promenade sous les feuillages de l'érable" (紅葉狩, Momijigari) est un film japonais tourné en 1899 par Shibata Tsunekichi et sorti en 1903. Le guerrier Taira no Koremochi se rend à Togakushi-yama, montagne située dans la province de Shinano pour admirer le changement de couleur des feuilles en automne, en particulier celles de l'érable japonais. En réalité, il est venu chercher et tuer un démon qui tourmente Hachiman, la divinité de la montagne. Il rencontre une princesse nommée Sarashinahime et boit un peu du saké qu'elle lui offre... Il s'agit de l'enregistrement des acteurs kabuki Onoe Kikugorō V et Ichikawa Danjūrō IX dans une scène de la pièce Momijigari. Danjūrō était à l'origine opposé à l'idée d'apparaître sur film mais fut finalement convaincu que ce faisant il ferait un don à la postérité. Sauf découverte d'un autre film, Momijigari est le plus ancien film japonais dont il existe encore une copie.
