Ursus in the Valley of the Lions (Italian: Ursus nella valle dei leoni, also known as Valley of the Lions) is a 1961 Italian peplum film directed by Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia.

Ursus grows in the middle of a pride of lions after the cruel Ajak killed his father usurping the throne. One day he meets a merchant of slaves and offers him his medallion in exchange for a girl named Ania, of whom he is infatuated. The medallion ends up in the hands of Ajak that recognizes it, then deducting that Ursus is still alive; Ajak fears that the young man might one day claim the throne and then he decides to go looking for him to kill him. At the end of a battle with no holds barred Ursus succeeds to defeat Ajak and recovers his throne, which he will share with Ania.
