Synopsis
An injured Sgt. Lance Rainier wakes up to the warning notices of his critically damaged Red Lion losing life-support systems as a result of an "accident". He is unable to contact his teammates, and his onboard computer presumes that the other lions were destroyed in the accident. With less than 10 minutes of oxygen left in the cockpit, Lance risks his remaining energy to record a message to the Galaxy Alliance, warning them Voltron has failed, King Zarkon has won, and they must prepare for the inevitable. He ends his message by saying, "Someday, somehow, Voltron will rise again to become the defender that this great universe deserves. Until that day, Godspeed. Good Luck. Red Lion, out." The computer bids him farewell after sending the message.Actors

Norman and Leela Sterns are newlyweds who are driving from their home in New York to Los Angeles. They become lost and are stranded in rural Ozark countryside because they are running out of gasoline. They meet a friendly paleontologist named Wayne Thomas (Tommy Kirk). Wayne suggests that they visit the nearest farm that could give them some gasoline. They find that the farm is run by a strange farmer named Greely, who tells them that the gasoline truck was supposed to arrive the previous day, but since it didn't, he expects it there any minute. Greely suggests that they go inside to the parlor, where it's cooler. On the way up to the house, he asks if they know anybody out here, in case they may be waiting for them. They say no, and when they get inside, Greely goes off to tell his "housekeeper", Bella to make some iced tea. She argues with him on what he will "do with them", but Greely smacks her, and threatens that she will "take their place" if she doesn't serve them some tea.

A woman running naked through the jungle is killed by something. A ship arrives at Blood Island carrying American pathologist Bill Foster(John Ashley), who is investigating the discovery of green blood; Sheila Willard (Angelique Pettyjohn), who has come to find her father; and Carlos Lopez (Ronaldo Valdez), who wants to get his mother, Mrs. Lopez (Tita Munoz), off the island. Circus owner Mark Remington is concerned that he is about to go bankrupt. On hearing of an overgrown gorilla (the Gorga) in Africa, he travels there with the aim of capturing it to be used as an attraction in his Circus. On arrival, the hunter who originally reported the gorilla is nowhere to be found, but his daughter, April says that he has been kidnapped. Together they set off in order to find both the Gorga and her father. Meanwhile, Morgan, a rival hunter is also on their trail.
