Il était une fois Louise qui avait un compagnon magicien. Mais son dernier tour lui laisse un goût plus qu’amer dans la bouche : qu’il disparaisse dans un rideau de fumée, passe encore… Mais qu’il disparaisse à jamais, c’en est trop pour la jeune femme. Dévastée par un chagrin sans fin, Louise est envoyée dans un asile psychiatrique, résignée à l’idée qu’elle va bouffer du cachet jusqu’à devenir un apéro pour les végétariens… Pourtant, neuf mois plus tard, elle donne naissance à un enfant qui risque d’avoir de gros problèmes lors des futures photos de classe, puisqu’il est invisible. Mais Louise s’en fout : c’est son ange et, pour le préserver de ce monde cruel, elle décide de le cacher, et tant pis pour les allocations familiales ! Des années plus tard, l’ange de Louise a bien grandi. Il a même réussi à se trouver une meilleure copine répondant au doux nom de Madeleine. Très vite, ces deux-là deviennent inséparables, car Madeleine ne le juge jamais.

The sequel begins where the original left off. Skye Rotter has a nightmare that following the memorial for the teens murdered at the Roller-Dome (Madison, Olivia, Chloe, Lily and Kevin), Brigg Jenner and Derek McNamera have a run-in with her father, Charlie Rotter. In the dream, Rotter stabs Derek repeatedly in the neck and Brigg, seeing Skye as he is about to escape through a back door, is stabbed in the back. In the late 1990s, Durval (Ary França) is a middle-aged man who owns a record store in the first floor of his overbearing mother's house (Etty Fraser). He notices his mother is not giving as much attention to cooking and house chores as she once did and suggests they hire a maid, a task which is tricky since they are only willing to pay 100 reais. They soon discover that she left a little girl called Kiki and note asking them to take care of her for a couple of days. Durval and his mother become attached to Kiki, but soon discover that Kiki is actually the daughter of a wealthy family from the countryside who has been kidnapped.
