Georges est le souffre-douleur de ses camarades de classe. Un jour, il craque et les mitraille. Son meilleur et seul ami Blaise est accusé à sa place et condamné à 7 ans d'internement dans un hôpital psychiatrique. Le jour de sa sortie, en 2016, Blaise n'a plus qu'une famille : son meilleur ami Georges. Mais ce dernier ne veut plus entendre parler de son ami d'enfance, car il essaie de s'intégrer aux « Chivers », une bande dont les membres portent un blouson rouge et des bottines, boivent du lait, roulent en sport truck et jouent à un jeu incompréhensible qui mélange cricket et calcul mental. Afin d'être définitivement admis par les Chivers, Georges doit cacher son tabagisme et se faire modifier le visage, car la chirurgie esthétique, qui fait des ravages parmi les jeunes, est un rite de passage obligé.

Dolph wakes up early in the morning in his suburban home to find that his dog is missing. He is in denial that he has lost his job and shows up to his office to work every day and pretends to do his work. Dolph's need to live in a world of denial about all the areas in his life that are obviously not working is found throughout his life. A palm tree in his backyard transforms into a pine tree. It's raining inside Dolph's office even though none of his co-workers seem to notice it or care that they're being soaked. To put his life back together, he goes in search for his dog.

Stanislas Borowitz is a divisional commissioner from the IGPN (Inspection Générale de la Police Nationale) who uses particularly expeditious methods to counteract the "ripoux" (French term for "corrupt cops"). In the South, Sampson and the local Preacherman plan to bust out their friend Randy from prison. As they rush to the prison, the two are stopped by a roadblock and have a shootout with the police. Meanwhile, Randy and another cellmate named Pappy escape from inside the prison and wait for Sampson and the Preacherman to help them get out. The film begins with a sumptuous banquet at the opulent estate of the Grand Yakuza leader Sekiuchi (Soichiro Kitamura), boss of the Sanno-kai, a huge organized crime syndicate controlling the entire Kanto region, and he has invited the many Yakuza leaders under his control. After the formal conclusion of the banquet, Kato, the chief lieutenant of Sekiuchi, pulls one of the Yakuza leaders, Ikemoto, aside and makes plain that he is displeased with the news that Ikemoto has become friendly with a rival gang leader, Murase, while the two were unexpectedly imprisoned together. Kato orders Ikemoto to bring the unassociated Murase-gumi gang in line, and he immediately passes the task on to his subordinate Otomo (Beat Takeshi), who runs his own crew.
