Arjun Singh (Sunil Shetty) comes from a very poor family. He lives in a small and shabby tenement with his mom and sister. He studying in a collage where he fall in love with Deepa (Divya Bharti). One day he attack a pollice officer and was jailed. Deepa save him from jail with the help of her father (Tinnu Anand), who is a Police Commisner. The serial killer dubbed 'Stoneman' by the media has just claimed his fifth victim and the case is still of little interest to the Bombay police. But to suspended sub-inspector Sanjay Shelar (Kay Kay Menon), this killer poses an opportunity. Sanjay hopes to track the killer down and, thus, possibly find an entry back into the police force.
