Synopsis

Local crime boss El Grande Concho rules with his gang from an abandoned church over a big territory. Hoping for a substantial payday a bounty hunter called "Yankee" decides to take him on.

Bruno Martel (Luc Merenda) is a "Z movie" actor with hero syndrome, often quarrelling with directors. He meets Doris (Susanna Javicoli) an actress who is obsessed with Ophelia but cannot get any Shakespearean bookings. One day, during a nervous breakdown, Bruno "rescues" Doris from the set, leaving the town to encounter various absurd situations. They meet an old anarchist (Alberto Sorrentino) who thinks he is Giuseppe Garibaldi and the three are locked at a mental asylum where Doris commits suicide. Bruno and "Garibaldi" escape and take refuge at an awkward petrol station run by Florence (Adriana Asti) and her invalid husband Joe (Alberto Lupo).

In London, the beautiful Venetian Carla Burin (Yuliya Mayarchuk) is an intern at the front desk of an hotel. Angry at Mateo, Carla sleeps with Moira. Matteo, desperate, comes to London, where he finds Moira naked in Carla's apartment. He confronts Carla about all her past infidelities and refuses her invitation to perform fellatio on him before leaving. After a walk in the park, where he sees lots of sexual activity, he changes his mind. Carla shows up with a written account of her infidelities, but Matteo declares he no longer needs to know.

Miranda (Serena Grandi) is an innkeeper living in a small Po Valley town of the late 1940s.
