Successful psychologist, Dr. Angela Cross (Paula Barbieri), hires security expert Will Griffith (Andrew Stevens) and his partner, Steve Caldwell (Jeff Trachta), to install a security system in her house, after receiving several death threats. Jeff and Angela begin a relationship, which eventually exposes some secrets from her past.
In 1987 Ivan and Catherine Greer live with their 9-year-old daughter, Joy, their housekeeper, Rebecca, and her two daughters, Ivy, 9, and Violet, 8. The three young girls live as sisters, but the more rambunctious Ivy is bored by their childish games of tea and rejoices at Ivan's unexpected early day return from the office, saying, "There's going to be fireworks."
The film follows a beautiful but troubled young girl, Debbie Strand (Rose McGowan), placed in foster care with her estranged grandmother in Los Angeles after her mother and father die in a suspicious house fire. Her grandmother is an ultra-conservative fundamentalist Christian, who is convinced that she can undo years of Debbie's presumed hedonism with some "correctional therapy." Shortly thereafter she begins to abuse Debbie and forces her to wear demeaning and outdated clothes. Debbie soon becomes enthralled with Peter Rinaldi (Alex McArthur), an English teacher at her new high school. However, Peter has a fiancée named Marilyn and strong scruples, so he repeatedly rejects Debbie's advances. Before long, Peter finds that his life is ruined and the bodies are piling up. During the hectic climax, Debbie breaks into Marilyn's home with the intention of wiping her out. Peter soon realizes Debbie is there and is quickly on his way. Meanwhile, Debbie confronts Marilyn. Marilyn runs through the kitchen, but Debbie tackles her to the ground. After a brief scuffle, Debbie is too strong as she knocks the helpless Marilyn unconscious. As she attempts to murder her, Peter rushes in and saves the day.
Detective Black (Elliott) conducts a procedural interrogation on Albert Straka (Kennedy), a quiet and unassuming man who is a suspect in the brutal and violent murder of Frank (Cavalieri), a drug and sex addict who owns a nightclub. He gets Albert to admit that he had strong feelings towards Frank's wife, Sarah (Elizabeth), but that she was into far too kinky sex for him to ever fall in love with. As the interrogation continues, it is revealed that the sordid sexual relationship among the three grew increasingly bizarre.
Alan and Wendy Barnet are stuck in a marital rut and decide to answer an ad they find in a Swinging magazine. The couple meets with Jack and Louise Bauer at the Zebra Lounge. Jodi Lyn O'Keefe reprises Rose McGowan's role in the original film. O'Keefe stars as Debbie Strand, who escapes from the mental institution she was sent off to in the first installment of the series. After the young co-ed dies in an unexpected accident, Debbie steals both the girl's identity and her car, and heads off to the college her victim was supposed to attend. There, Debbie quickly develops a psychotic crush on her dashing writing professor, Dr. Sam Decker, killing anyone she perceives as a threat to their relationship. However, Debbie's scheme starts to fall apart when her roommate begins unraveling Debbie's lies and discovers the truth about her past. Knowing that she is in danger of being exposed, Debbie makes plans to get rid of her roommate and her friends by any means necessary.
Dangerous psychopath Sean Clark tries to kill a woman and gets into a prison psychiatric hospital. Thanks to the efforts of a talented psychiatrist Philip Davis, Clark is released prematurely. Davis explains that he acts on behalf of Sean's father but mentions that his father does not want to meet or communicate with Sean. Davis gives Clark money and takes him to his new home, reminding that the main condition for the Sean's release is his weekly visits to Davis.
Frank (Simm), a librarian in the United Kingdom, falls in love with a mysterious American dancer named Miranda (Ricci). Frank is complex and appears naive. However, his character is a complex as Miranda. There are graphic scenes of sex and seduction, which is not gratuitous, but depicts Frank's fantasy and unrealistic love for Miranda. She suddenly disappears, and he tracks her down in London, finding out that she is actually a con artist. He leaves her, returning to Northern England.

He pretends as her psychiatrist and persuaded her to revealed her past – she had an unhappy childhood and was raped by a man as a teenager. Sandhya ends up falling in love with the reporter however it turns out that Prakash is actually the rapist who caused her misery in the first place.
