David Giancola (born June 24, 1969), is a Vermont based American filmmaker. Born in Rutland, Vermont (where his Edgewood Studios is located) and graduate of Mount St. Joseph's Academy in 1987, he has directed eight films as of October 2006.

Physics teacher and amateur pilot Nick Miller (Matthew Bruch) has finally completed his quest of enabling time travel, via a Commodore 64 and his small airplane. After being inspired by a television commercial for GenCorp, he uses a ruse to bring out both a GenCorp executive and a reporter from a local paper. To Nick's surprise, the reporter is Lisa Hansen (Bonnie Pritchard), an old high school flame. One trip to 2041 later and Gencorp's executive, Matthew Paul (Peter Harrington), quickly arranges Nick a meeting with CEO J.K. Robertson (George Woodard). Impressed by the potential of time travel, Robertson offers Nick a licensing agreement on the technology.

Holly Crosby is the daughter of Nick Crosby, the owner of Santaville, an amusement park focusing on Christmas, open 365 days a year. Fed up with being the second fiddle of her father, who is devoted to the amusement park with all of his heart and soul, she leaves him in her teenage years. Deep in the Amazon Rainforest, a well-preserved woman dating from the ice age is found encased in amber. Her body is then loaded onto an airplane to be taken to a military facility where she can be studied by scientists. En route to the military base, the plane is hijacked by a renegade group whose intent is to sell the specimen to the government for a ransom. The plane crashes into a mountain ski resort causing an avalanche and trapping all of the vacationing teenagers inside of the hotel. The woman, whose body only functions when kept cold, awakens and begins randomly killing the survivors by freezing them from the inside. One of the teens has an uncle searching for them on the outside, but he too is battling his own demons which stem from his alcoholism. This leads to a delay in the arrival of assistance in the ski resort town. The final showdown occurs with Johnny pulling the sexually invigorated Ice Queen into a hot tub which dissolves her body.

A dam outside a town is filling up with water due to heavy rains. The disgraced architect of the dam building project comes back to town to reunite with his estranged family, however he is rejected, with his wife claiming that he came back purely to see the dam. The architect then visits the dam and reveals that the project manager cut corners in order to take money himself and framed the architect to hide his own corruption. The dam's resident engineer, Frank, the architect's son, Garth and the man himself set out to relieve the growing pressure on the dam wall, however the pressure release does not work, as corner cutting had led to this portion not being completed. Through flooding the warehouse district, Frank allows the townspeople enough time to escape, sacrificing himself in the process.
