Jeffrey William Meek (born February 11, 1959) is an American actor. Meek and his family moved often; as a child, Meek lived in Zweibrücken (Germany), Michigan, and San Francisco.
Meek graduated from Arlington High School in Riverside, California, and attended the University of California at Irvine. After graduating from UCI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama, he moved to New York City after he was offered the role of Quinn McCleary on Search for Tomorrow.

Il a vécu à Fairfield en Californie, puis Deux-Ponts en Allemagne, et Marquette dans l'État du Michigan. En 1966, le grand frère de Jeffrey Meek, Jimmy Meek meurt d'un accident de la circulation routière.

En 1984, il emmenage à New York et fonde son propre groupe de rock, baptisé Crime avec Jaco Pastorius (bassiste), Derf Scratch et John Densmore (batteur). Toujours en 1984, sa carrière d'acteur débute quand il décroche le rôle de Quinn McCleary dans le soap C'est déjà demain. En 1986, il quitte la série pour se consacrer à d'autres rôles. Jeffrey Meek joue au cinéma notamment dans les films Johnny belle gueule ou Un ange de trop. En 1992, Jeffrey Meek devient connu pour son rôle de l'agent secret Jonathan Raven dans la série Raven avec Lee Majors. En 1993, la série s'arrête à la fin de la saison, faute d'audience.

In Seoul, 1988, Greg Louganis (played by Mario Lopez) hits the diving board while plunging towards the water cutting his head open. Fingerprints is based on an urban legend out of San Antonio, Texas that centers around a school bus full of children that was involved in a terrible accident with a train leaving all the children dead. According to the legend, if a driver stops his or her car, in neutral, on the same stretch of tracks now, the ghosts of the children will push it to a safe area. Some of the townspeople in the film even claim to have discovered fingerprints on the back of their cars after being pushed off the tracks (The writers of this film grew up in Texas around a similar legend).
