K. K. Dodds (born c. 1965) is an American actress. She appeared in such television shows as Prison Break, CSI, and NYPD Blue. Dodds also appeared in the film Soldier as Lieutenant Sloan, in Being John Malkovich as Wendy, in A Life Less Ordinary as Lily, in Grosse Pointe Blank as Tracy, and in Spider-Man as Simkins. She has also taken stage roles, including the lead character Frankie K in Chicago's Amerikafka. She also appeared in the 1999 film The Deep End of the Ocean as Pat Cappadora's sister, Teresa "Tree" Cappadora, alongside Michelle Pfeiffer, Treat Williams (who played Pat), Whoopi Goldberg and Jonathan Jackson.

Richard E. Grant plays Dr. Ben Bingham, a middle-aged ear, nose, and throat doctor. Carrie-Anne Moss plays Amanda, his vibrant wife. Amanda leaves Ben when the idea of sharing an empty nest with her inattentive husband becomes unbearable. Ben becomes depressed and tries to drown himself in alcohol. He walks around in pajamas until his son Justin (Johnny Pacar) gives his dad a makeover and introduces him to the social scene. Before long, Ben becomes so popular that he is pursued by his nurse, his personal trainer, and karaoke-loving twin sisters. However, things quickly change when Justin finds himself in love. High-school senior Peter Parker visits a genetics laboratory with his friend Harry Osborn and love interest, Mary Jane Watson for a school field trip. There, Peter is bitten on the hand by a genetically engineered "super spider". Shortly after arriving home to his Aunt May and Uncle Ben, he goes unconscious. Meanwhile, Harry's father, scientist Norman Osborn, owner of Oscorp, is attempting to preserve his company's critically important military contract. A small group of Roman Catholics believe Satan intends to become man just as God did in the person of Jesus. Craig Schwartz (Cusack) is an unemployed puppeteer in a forlorn marriage with his pet-obsessed wife Lotte (Diaz). To do this they must stop his heart, producing a flat line graph on the heart monitor signal. Nelson flatlines for one minute before his classmates resuscitate him. He merely tells his friends that he can't describe what he saw, but something is there. The others decide to follow Nelson's daring feat. Joe flatlines next, and he experiences an erotic afterlife sequence. He agrees with Nelson's claim that something indeed exists. Dave is third to flatline, and he sees a vision of a girl, Winnie Hicks (Kesha Reed), that he bullied in grade school. The three men start to experience vivid hallucinations that are related to their afterlife visions, but Nelson's circumstances are particularly freakish; he is repeatedly physically attacked by Billy Mahoney and each day presents with fresh cuts and wounds. Joe, engaged to be married, is haunted by home videos that he secretly filmed of his sexual trysts with other women. Dave is confronted by a vision of Winnie Hicks on a train, and she verbally taunts him like he did to her.
